Guest Loyalty Programme

I am planning on visiting Asia, I usually stay with Shangri-la or Intercontinental Hotels but a friend suggested hotels in the Taj group. I am familiar with Taj hotels in South Africa, Sri Lanka, India and London. I have been trying to join the guest loyalty programme for Taj Hotels but with no success. The website seems to be faulty. I have contacted customer services for assistance. Thus far, other than an email to indicate that they are dealing with the issue, no progress.

Taj Hotel Cochin

Taj Hotel Cochin, Kerala - probably the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed at. Simply perfect and very reasonably priced.
