Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Sent a defective airsoft gun and won't replace. Trying to blame the shipping company for an obvious defect.

Customer care inefficiencies
I purchased 3 S&T 70 gas grenades.
Two of them have fill valves with the center pin leaking and sheared O-rings at the release valve. One would be coincidence, two indicates a systemic problem.
Customer support makes me go circles for a week. Suggests that I put some silicone oil on the center pin, because that's a good sealant for propane?
Instead of doing the sensible thing and send me two replacement valves and a set of O-rings, they want me to ship back the faulty product but don't send a shipping label. I had meanwhile fixed things myself.
Edit:
After a bit of conversation following up my complaint here. They mean well and are trying to improve after sales support. Hence, I changed my rating from one star to the middle.

Great prices, fast shipping
The prices, compared to my local shops, is great! The shipping is very quick and most of the times I receive the package within a week (shipping to the Netherlands).
Their support is also very helpfull and quick in reactions.
Definitely my go-to shop and that will not change any time soon.

Ordered several times and they always deliver. Sweet prices and sales are amazing. Kids love their new airsoft stuff. Backpacks I got were high quality as well as a few vests.
Update, 05/2024 Just received another order. Ordered on Friday afternoon and got here on Thursday. Still can't believe the quality of vests and airsoft guns for the prices offered but its real. Cheers

I’ve made a few different purchases…
I’ve made a few different purchases from taiwangun. Not once have I had a single problem with them. Shipping always amazes me how fast it gets to me in the United States. Usually 4-5 days.. if shipping was a lil cheaper I’d buy more often. But the prices are good enough the shipping ain’t bad. Just order enough stuff to make it worth it. 100% recommend buying from Taiwan gun !!
