avoid ordering from them if ur base is in uk , took me more them month and hours and hour contact postal service to track my parcel , i think they reliable but postal company they use is very doggy .

I bought an airsoft replica from them, cheaper than other shops, fast delivery , I totally advise them.

Totally unreliable and with a serious lack of responsibility for the mistakes they make.
Do not rely on these incompetents at all (in particular for international orders): they are amateurs, the don't take their commitments to customers to heart and they are not careful not to create problems for them.

They are the best! The shop is full of items that you can only find from them. There is everything an airsofter needs, from replicas, to accessories, to clothes, etc... They are always available and really help you a lot, they know how to make you happy and always solve your problems, and above all they sent me a patch!! Which 99% of shops don’t! 10/10

I am from Romania. When I first bought form AirsoftEntrepot I was a little scared because of not knowing the site but I must say I AM VERY GLAD I DID! They had quite some offers and soon after my brighter bought another replica from them. Mine had a problem last week and I messaged them. Guys! I must say! These lovely group of people helped me in a few days notice and shipped the parts for replacement. In the messages exchange I must say you can clearly see that they are very passionate about their work and do it with love. I can not express how pleasant all experience was and how much I reccomend them. I am soooooo glad I discovered them and will be purchasing again and recommending them.

Thay are very helpful and I got my mp5 3 days after I ordered from them. I live in Danmark and I was really sceptical because of the few reviews on the site. But I 100% recommend them.

I haved order a lot on this website, and the only problem that I have with it is that, maybe because of there succes, it's a bit to often that they dont have a product when I want it.

Needed spare mags for my M4 Rifle, couldn't find it anywhere in the UK and all the shops I called said they had no idea when they'd have it again. Bought 3 with Airsoft Entrepôt and they delivered it correctly nd at a very good price.

The costumer service team was excellent in assisting me and answering my questions through email, very patient people as well.

The only downside was it took much longer than the expected due to choosing Chronopost. I'll be buying again from them though.
