Over a week for a service and minor repair
Car went in for an oil service and an MoT. The engine light was on and this was diagnosed as needing a new AFC pipe (or something similar). The part was not in stock and as the car was under warranty this needed approval from Audi. This process took over a week to complete. Little in the way of communication. App doesn’t work properly and telephone only answered occasionally by a real person. There was not sense of urgency. When I visited West London Audi to complain the manager was unavailable!

Always a smooth checking in process, with a free coffee. Daniel was welcoming, polite and informative, confirming what work would be done and running through possible additions, and their costs. A phone call from him in the afternoon with an estimated time for completion gave me ample time to get back to WLAudi. Check out was equally straightforward and after a short wait, the car was waiting at the exit.

I am writing to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and support I received from the team at Audi West London recently regarding my two-tone white Audi A1 with the black roof.
Although I purchased my brand new car from another Audi dealership, the outstanding care I received from Audi West London has exceeded all my expectations and earned my complete trust. Even though the another Audi dealership is just 5 minutes away from where I live, I would now gladly choose to drive an hour to Audi West London instead. This team has officially become my absolute number one choice for all my future automotive needs.
I collected this car at the end of January. Perhaps to others, these car issues might seem small, but as the very first car I have ever personally owned in my life, and my first car here in the UK, it meant a lot to me. Before this, I only drove family or shared cars in another country, so this brand-new Audi brought a whole new sense of personal responsibility.
Unfortunately, a series of unexpected issues happened just a month later, starting from mid-March, including the tyre, the wheel alloy, and some marks on the roof. I had been feeling anxious and stressed, constantly struggling to find the right people who could actually help me. It was a very frustrating few months until I finally knocked on the door of Audi West London.
Finding this team was an absolute lifesaver. To be honest, I was a bit worried and hesitant at the beginning due to my past experiences elsewhere. However, the incredible professionalism, warmth, and reassurance this team provided completely changed that. They built such a strong sense of trust that, in the end, I felt entirely comfortable and completely at peace handing my car keys over to them. I knew my beloved first car was in the safest hands.
I would like to specially recognise and thank the amazing individuals who looked after me and my car:
• Chris, for his prompt and professional help with my tyre repair right at the very beginning.
• Rebecca at the reception, for her incredibly warm welcome, patience, and wonderful assistance every time I visited.
• Ciprian for helping invoice smoothly with pleasant and efficient service.
• Azaan and Mac from the bodyshop team, for their incredible dedication and expertise. Azaan was the first person I spoke to, and I am so grateful for his wonderful patience and highly professional explanation at the beginning. Many thanks to Mac as well for his brilliant follow-up and hard work on the paintwork itself. They are a fantastic team!
• And most importantly, a special thank you to Gareth, the Head of the team. It is clearly because of his exceptional leadership and guidance that this whole process was coordinated so seamlessly. Thank you for the professional advice and for instructing the team to look after my car so beautifully.
This experience was nothing short of amazing. They did not just fix my car, they saved my peace of mind. In fact, their service is so outstanding that I have already recommended them to several of my friends, colleagues, and neighbours. Moving forward, whenever I require any services or have any automotive needs in the future, Audi West London will always be my number one choice.
Thank you all so much once again for turning a stressful few months into such a pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

I put a deposit on a car that was supposedly in stock on 27th May. Subsequent promises and still no pictures of the car have been uploaded for me to view, and having requested a refund of my deposit it still hasn't been received after 9 working days.
I am over 60 years old and have bought numerous cars over the years, this is worst experience ever.

My Audi Q7 recently experienced a big issue with alternator. After my call and visit in West London Audi I was informed that this fault will be covered by the warranty even though my car was no longer under warranty. That was a big and positive surprise as this part of my car is very expensive.
I deliver my car to Audi dealer and it was fixed in one week!
