Disappointed
Having purchased a car on the 3rd of January…
After sales is beyond shocking! Having spoken to Mohamed initially about some issues with the car a couple days later, then Les and Joga, the last phone contact I had was 15th February and radio silence since. I have emailed on 2 separate occasions after and still not had a response. We are now 9 weeks since having issues with the car and just a lot of empty promises with no actions. Are they waiting for the 3 months to run out and then tell me to naff off?
It’s rather hard to be excited about your new car with outstanding issues that should have been rectified before purchase.
Today I finally had a response which was basically… the vehicle had been checked prior to handover. Im afraid this wasn’t done thoroughly as if these checks has been made they would have been picked up. I’m not overly convinced by the Sytner 135 point verified vehicle check! Although they never disclose despite me asking what the 135 checks are. A sales gimmick with no back up of data! On top of the issues I had straight after purchase, my car had a lot of computer errors which my mechanic cleared for me and luckily have since not come back. He said it was most likely due to a disconnected battery or flat battery which has not happened since I purchased the car.
For 9 weeks I have endured from 3 people…. we will look into it, I’m sure we can do something about the cost for the issues etc etc and it was all empty promises.
Sytner took over car shop and I think it’s one dodgy company taking over another dodgy company!

You damaged my car and then tried to deny it. After finally acknowledging fault (after pretending you didn’t have access to your own cctv) it now needs to come back in to the body shop to be repaired. Accidents happen and despite waiting almost 8 hours there with a baby, I would have accepted this and it could have been a positive customer experience but the poor service and lies have really tainted that.

Jonathan and Robert were top class and…
Jonathan and Robert were top class and both really knowledgeable and professional. I was disappointed at the length of time it took (nearly 5 hours) due to the MOT not being done and then had a tax issue due to car being ex mobility which is out the business control. Had my agreement from finance company and the mileage was when the car went into the garage and not when I bought it which means I don’t get the full mileage PCP agreement. Also when I checked the car the following day the wheel caps hadn’t been put back on the car and were in the passenger door. When I checked them they had seen better days plus the full amount wasn’t there leaving me short when I applied them to the car.

Came to look around for a vehicle for future plans so stepping up in size, was greeted by Mohammed which was 5* start to finish. Few speed bumps along the way but nothing to do with service more towards today’s market in part exchange so deal was unfortunately not completed. Exchanged messages after meeting and Mohammed expressed his full understanding of the situation.

Kips was great at providing a very friendly service and was very helpful. The level of professionalism was spot on and helped me make a big decision on my next car. Both Kips and Deep were very welcoming and provided a service i would definitely use again.
