Decent TV, but SUPER customer support

Researched a replacement for our 34 yr old 10" Sony under cabinet kitchen TV. Hadn't heard of this brand before, but the size, features and price were right. Arrived quickly, easy to set up, but was missing the Smart TV features. So, I called customer service, expecting the worst. But, was pleasantly surprised by the speed and professionalism of "Sunny" on the phone and emails. They determined that my TV wasn't a Smart TV version and initiated a replacement at no cost to me. Much better process and outcome than I expected.

Back to the TV. Two semi-minor complaints. First, the screen has a matte anti-reflection surface that degrades off angle viewing by reducing sharpness and color saturation. On axis, the color and saturation of the display is clear and accurate. Second, the sound quality is below average at best. I've tried adjusting the bass/treble settings but an annoying vibration resonance starts when the volume is set any higher then ~25%. This is usually fine for most of our kitchen use, but seems like a simple speaker mounting or grill design issue.

Top notch customer service

I love my outdoor TV. I had an issue with a missing piece for the bracket when it first arrived and customer service quickly sent a replacement part. Then when I ran into issues with the remote 10 months later, customer service quickly sent me a replacement remote.

Bad Product

I ordered a 55 inch outdoor tv from Sylvox. Had it in the box for a year before we installed it outside under our tiki hut. Within 8 months of using it the power would completely shut off. We would have to unplug it and plug it in again to get it to turn on. Sometimes, it would turn on in 15 minutes and sometimes in an hour. We called for support and was told it was out of warranty and they didn’t have a technician in my area to work on it. I will never buy another product from this company. We put the tv out to be picked up by the garbage company. There is no where on there website to write a review. Hmm… go figure.

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent. Ian kept me informed of my delivery date and was available for any questions or issues. Ian responded quickly to questions and was professional in all correspondence.

Great TV and Even Better Service

I purchased a 65" outdoor tv, mount, soundbar and installation service several months ago. Due to numerous factors, I was not able to schedule installation until November. I then discovered the tv had an internal screen fault. My service contact, Sally, who had been amazing throughout the delay, worked with me to get a replacement tv sent out. Once the new tv arrived, Sally quickly scheduled the installation, and it was professionally installed on time.

The tv, soundbar, and mount were all of high quality. The picture on the TV (outdoor Florida) is awesome and the sound is clear. Just a fantastic package of quality products.

The best part, however, of the whole deal was the outstanding customer service provided to me by Sally. She always responded quickly to my emails and worked with me beyond the call of duty. Best support I have ever had for any product.

100% recommend Sylvox to anyone wanting a quality product and outstanding servce.

This matter had been on going for three months now over a faulty bathroom tv

I have sent sunny all the information they requested and have had not a single reply could I have a managers email address as this sunny is clearly not interested in customer service and has seemingly disappeared

I need a managers email and office address do I can send the small claims court summons to them please as a matter of urgency
As per my previous review save yourself a load of problems and extremely poor customer service and buy from another store these cowboys are clearly appauling

Outdoor Quality

I spent a lot of time reviewing outdoor TVs and soundbars, trying to find a reasonable yet quality solution. I have had the TV for over a year and have been very happy with how it has worked throughout the winter! They are helpful and friendly to work with. I would recommend checking Sylvox out if looking for an outdoor solution.

Sylvox Customer Service - Outstanding!!!

I purchased the full sun 75 inch outdoor TV with soundbar from Sylvox almost a year and a half ago. I am extremely impressed with the quality and sound quality, that is until my soundbar intermittently stopped working. I immediately reached out to Sylvox customer service to which they responded back to me immediately with many helpful suggestions to try to resolve my issue. After numerous tweaks and adjustments, it was determined that something went wrong with the sound bar itself. Showbox wasted no time in approving a new soundbar to me, even though the unit was just out of warranty. It’s rare these days when a company continues to provide great support well after the purchase date. Is the kind of service that we all expect from any company that stands behind the quality of its products. Silvox does this. I would highly recommend Sylvox products.

Nervous, Skeptic, Satisfied!

I read an article re: the best values in outdoor televisions! Sylvox and the model purchased was rated “best overall value”! I can’t tell you how PLEASED I have been with my experience! It has been excellent! Beyond my expectations! My television arrived earlier than expected! I originally did not order the wall mount or installation services. I contacted them and added both items and have been exceptionally happy! I am thrilled with the quality of the picture I am getting outdoors and numerous guests have offered similar comments! The mount arrived as scheduled and installation services provided on-time and skillfully! Totally happy with Slyvox — its outdoor television product; the customer service provided and adjunct products and services offered! Strong recommendation from a happy customer who was a little nervous about this purchase but ultimately relied on an outside media review and cost/feature comparisons along with a through review of other customer reviews!

Great service, quality products

Ordered a flip-down TV for my kitchen. Ended up not liking seeing the hinge mechanism so decided to return. Sunny @ support took care of me, stayed in touch and processed the return quickly. I'm buying another Sylvox unit because of the service and quality of the TV.

Extremely happy with the purchase and support

Excellent company to deal with. Great customer service. I received a tv with a dead pixel and they promptly took care of the problem by replacing and tv and having an easy process to return the tv at no shipping costs. Thank you Sunny for all your help. He is great.

In reference to the tv, I brought the 43” pool pro 2 series. It’s built like a tank and the picture quality is surprisingly good for being an outdoor tv with at times being hit by direct sunlight. Even the remote is waterproof. The connections are hard to get to, need to unscrew about 12 screws, but the reasoning I get. They are trying to minimize water intrusion. Seems like the tv does. Overall, I made a great choice in choosing this tv and recommend this tv to someone looking for an outdoor tv. Greta value for the price.

43" Waterproof Partial Sun Outdoor TV

I recently purchased the 43" Waterproof Partial Sun Outdoor TV - 2022 Deck Series. Customer service was very responsive which gave me confidence in my purchase. Set up was a breeze. I've been impressed so far by the picture quality. The sound is also good though would likely be enhanced with the sound bar.

Great customer service

My purchase took 28 days to arrive. You probably would think that is worth 5 stars. However, once I brought it to their attention, they began an investigation and within a week sent a replacement that arrived in the scheduled time. Their correspondence was great and timely. They truly seemed to care that I was upset and tried to make things right. I would buy from Sylvox again. Great customer service.
