Ella was great and exceptional! For us, Switch Health is number one in the industry!
A few weeks ago, my husband and I were considering renewing our medical insurance with Switch Health. I contacted my former agent, Tom and he said that Ella is now in charge to this task as he moved to another department however, he reassured us that if we need any help, he is there to help us along the way. On the same day I called Tom, I received an email from Ella and asked us questions about our conditions. We answered immediately and she emailed us twice for more queries and she received all the answers. After waiting for a few days, there you are, she offered us the best medical insurance for our needs with so many more added benefits. On top of that, this was even cheaper than the one given to us by our current provider. Ella was very professional all along the way. She provides prompt response to our queries and we find her customer service skills exceptional. We will definitely use Switch Health again in the future and to Ella, a million thanks!

PMI purchase
I have recently purchased PMI for myself and my partner.
Had Alex guiding me all the way.
I took my time and done lots of research, and compared lots of quotes, Alex was always patient and clearly explained what some conditions meant - even the small print.
I would definitely recommend to speak to Alex if you are thinking of getting PMI as he really knows his stuff and would be there to guide you.

The advisor (Alex) that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and found a really good deal for my insurance needs. I did a fair amount of my own research and checked with other providers but the policy Alex found was much better value than what I could find elsewhere. Happy to recommend to others.

Highly recommended- a great experience
Switch Health is a large company but Elli Wright gave us an excellent, very personal service. Having arranged health insurance for my Mother (who has complex needs) we turned to her to help with our own family’s insurance. She saved us almost 50% on our renewal quote and in doing so, she listened carefully to our requirements, she was always highly responsive and also incredibly pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Elli to anyone looking for private health insurance.
