400 EUR for a product that is unsuitable for my intended use (steel frame bicycle). No customer service, no returns, even though this is required by law.
The company refers to its terms and conditions, but these can hardly override the law.

Absolutely not recommended! At some point, the support team will no longer get in touch, leaving you alone with the problem.

It is a scam, the tracker is cheap and does not seem to work. It is not clear on the homepage that the battery needs to be bought extra. I did that and it was never delivered. I therefore spent 200 Euro's for absolutely nothing. The customer help is useless, just tells me to wait and refuses reimbursement

This thing has an obscenely cheap build quality and does not work.
I wish that I would have read the reviews here before all the fake ones they constantly publish.
My device is just not turning on. No real clue why.

I don't even know where to address the issue, on their official webpage there are several references to their costumer support, but it always redirects you to their FAQ section where they also don't really have answers, documentations or any kind of help. You can see how mad people are with their "support" by the sheer amount of "sad smileys" under each article.

They have an E-Mail contact that immediately says that they will NOT ANSWER any customer complaints..

So beware: This thing was quite expensive, I would sue the hell out of them, but since they are located in Switzerland they have no obligation to play by EU rules..

I bought a GPS tracker and from the very beginning it had some manufacturing issues. When ever I contacted the company, they always used some bad excuses such as your sim card does not work, try to reset the device etc..
They promised me multiple times to refund me if nothing can solve the problem but they never dd!

Buying from this company is just like gambling

Absolutely not reliable:
1. bought the device, arrived different from the one pictured
2.the SIM card was not activated
3. remained charged for only 20 hours and could not be recharged afterwards
4. wrote to support several times and they sent me back to a skyper support which solved nothing
5. written other times asking how to return the device and get a refund, completely disappeared.
Don't trust this company.

I like that it has good battery life, the magnet is very strong, never falls off, lasts about 20 days on average, depending on how often you move. Just don't put it near a hot exhaust because it won't work. Fits perfectly in a car or undercarriage. The program is great, it has many customizable features. Excellent product

WARNING: this product just doesn't work. I am technical savy, but no way to make it work. Neither the SIM nor the tracker. Tried different SIMs. It is a fake. You can send support request, but get NO answer or see a status.
DON'T buy.
It seems you can also not return it.

I assume the other ratings are fake. As they all look similar, are short and try to compensate short fallings such as the support.

The company has a mailbox in Switzerland, but nobody there.

In April 2022 I ordered biketracker system: tracker, simcard, external battery and battery charger. For mounting in seatpost of my bike. The tracker was not functioning in seatpost. The external battery was empty in one day. The Charger was only a one amp type. I could not get any reponse from Swisstrack about this issues by mail, nor with the repair contact form. (maybe the swisstrack office resides in a seatpost tube or there battery is not charged ;=) ). Despite the promising specification on there website and all the possitive reviews, I do not advise to buy this product. because of the malfunctioning of the product and specially about the zero support

A total scam

Sells a generic device, creates a fake narrative to a generic device...Good luck if you can get it working. If you ask for a refund, they will just tell you NO! It is hard to believe they have been operating for that long.

- Lists a number of certification/tests stamps in front page that does not exist "Heim & Garten Test"and it has a bunch of overly positive reviews in trustpilot and verbrauchertest24
- Claims to be based in Swizterland out of Zug but is a total lie, just google "Zuger Firma soll mit GPS-Trackern tricksen"
- Device is a generic chinese GPS tracker without any logo of the swisstrack company. Completely different from the picture they show in the front page

I bought the bicycle gps tracker! after so many try is not working at all! location is incorrect, it didn't send updates, the cabels are disconnecting and is not safe!
I sent back the item, with tracked post option, I sent all the details to them and they didn't accept the post and is came back to the UK !! I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMER!

Don't waste your money: they state the battery lasts six months when it only last a few days. The tracker is so weak, it doesn't transmit through the bike frame and the SMS commands available to configure the tracker are very limited with the user guide written in German with no English translation. Customer support is poor to non-existent and any telephone communications regarding the SIM telephone are also in German (registered in Lichtenstein)

Having purchased a Swisstrack bicycle GPS tracker, I found it went "offline" after 20 minutes when installed inside my bike's frame but worked perfectly well when I installed it in the boot of my car. I contacted Swisstrack support to advise if there was anything I needed to do in order for it to stop going offline when installed in the bike but they have not responded. Their customer services are abrupt to the point of being downright rude on the previous occasions I have contacted them and the supporting documentation for the GPS tracker is in German so you have to use a translator to make sense of it (unless you read and understand German of course; which I do not).
