The cardboard packaging was slightly damaged externally although the painting was extensively wrapped in bubble wrap.

Fantastic and friendly service
I dealt with a very helpful and friendly gentleman over the phone and then bought a frame for a Susan Entwistle print that my daughter had been given for Christmas. It came brilliantly packaged so it didn't get damaged, complete with a new mount, as the original one had got bent in transit.

Absolutely beautiful vibrant box canvas prints which fill any living space. Susan Entwistle also offers a superb bespoke service should you want a product of a different size and very helpful advice. The cushions are great too. Fabulous quality. Beautiful Christmas baubles also. The products are very well wrapped to avoid any damage in transit. All in all a wonderful find!
