It was perfectly fine. We were picked up, left the airport within 5 minutes, 5 minutes later we arrived at the car hire place. The pick up process was smooth but REMEMBER they don't accept AmEx! Nikos... See more

Very helpful and calm driver, found a solution for tourists who were waiting for longer to only bring the driver to pick up the car.

Fraudolent company.
I booked a car with a price clearly stated in the contract. When I got to the frontdesk they said I had to pay 50€ more. After multpiplt call with the support they agree I didn't have to pay those 50€.
After 2 month they just withdraw 50€ from my credit card with no prior contant or explanation. The support use the same excuse used 2 month prior to justify it.
Stay away from this company

The car was in great condition, fast pickup and drop-off at the airport. Right next to the company office there is a gas station.
Our driver to the airport, David, was very friendly and polite. Great service!

I was a bit sceptic, but like other experiences with less known car rentals, it's all about getting yourself ready, know the rules very well and play by them. Overall, the car price was very competitive, the car was in good shape and I have no major complaints. When I got the car, I just had to leave the deposit with my credit card (yes, it's a big amount but they're open that you have your own extra insurance) and all went smoothly. They encouraged me to take my own photos and videos to have evidence in case of a dispute. I'm not fan of not getting the car with full tank, but I just returned it at the same level and that's it. The return inspection was fast and painless. Got my deposit canceled and I'm happily going back to the airport in their shuttle van. Overall, works fine. The guys at the counter were friendly. Just smile and they'll smile back at you.

BEWARE. They put huge blocks / deposits on your credit card. They have no insurance options without a huge deductible. If there is so much as a tiny scratch, they will charge you the full amount and another admin fee on top. Don’t rent unless you have external insurance
Addendum as I am unable to respond to the reply below. Yes the terms are made clear when we pick up the vehicle. Not when you book it. I feel you have limited choice at that time. Therefore would like people to be aware when booking
1. There are no vehicle insurance options without high deductible. Minimum deductible is $1,000
2. Everything has an Admin Fee which wasn’t mentioned in the beginning

NEVER use this Company. Staff did not show up on time (overslept) for hand over, so we called customer service and after their instructions parked the car locked and put the Key as instructed. We then got an invoice for the full deposit and charged the money, because “ left car unattended with the keys visible, which exposed it to danger”
You need to be VERY carefull with this Company
