I placed a large order recently and was very happy with the product. So beautiful! There were some issues with my order - a platter arrived broken and there was a missing set of plates. I spoke with Juan Hernandez in Customer Service and the issue was quickly resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this store again. Customer Service was great!

Sur La Table represented in an email that their Staub 4-piece Baking Set retailed for $342 (to imply a benefit at offering it at the "sale" price of $99.96). This deceptive behavior is disrespectful to the consumer. Amazon claimed the retail price was $169.99, and offered the same sale price as Sur La Table.
The nonresponsive reply to this review also is indicative of their level of concern for their customers.

This is the second order I made with this website and I have been loving everything!! I noticed a week after my latest order that something I ordered was now on sale. I called customer service and was connected right away (no wait time!). Ian helped price match this item to the current sale price and refunded me the rest. I’m super impressed with their service. I ordered some kitchen accessories and they ended up getting shipped to the wrong address. I worked with Carlos Rosales at their customer service center to figure out what the heck I needed to do. He was super friendly and helpful and solved my dilema.
Sur La Table sells top quality merch and I have always had good luck with them in the past. This shipping thing was just a weird anomoly.

I had a good experience ordering a gift off a wedding registry. The casserole set is beautiful and will hopefully be something special. I emailed customer service with a question and their service was excellent!! Darieel was very competent, nice, polite, and prompt. I also like that shipping is direct to the recipient of the gift. It makes a much more efficient shopping process.

bought a Le Creuset tea kettle from Sur La Table, and after only four months it started to rust. When I asked for help, Sur La Table said their return policy is only 30 days and refused to do anything except refer me to the manufacturer. While Le Creuset replaced the kettle, I remain unhappy with the product and Sur La Table offered no support at all. Very disappointing customer service — I expect a store like this to stand behind the products they sell!
