I purchased the "Family Grain Mill Seed & Grain Mill Attachment for my Bosch Universal Plus mixer. At the time of delivery, I noticed the inside of the box was damaged. The mill attachment itself was fully put together. At the time I did not think much of it, but after setting this attachment up and running 4 cups of wheat berries through it, I saw damage in the form of rough edges along the edges of the auger. I suspect I was sent a mill attachment that was used/damaged and returned as new, then resold to me. The representative (Brent W.) from Everything Kitchens was not very sympathetic. He was looking to get past this conversation as quickly as possible, and referred me to the manufacturer. I disagree. This item was shipped from Everything Kitchens, not the manufacturer. I cringe at giving Amazon more business, but when it comes to returns/complaints with Amazon, they respond respectfully and promptly!
To make matters worse, this attachment is not very good anyway. First, the way it fits on the mixer is awkward, and you almost need a third hand to manage it during the milling process. It could really use some form of a leg on mill side to hold it up. It does not do a good job of milling into a flour, which makes it unsuitable if you are serious about making bread. It is also quite messy.

Super scammy
I purchased some dishes from this website and they ended up not being the right size. There was no problem initiating a return and getting it approved. However, this wa as over a month ago. The website told me to allow up to 3 weeks to receive my refund. It has been 4 weeks since they received the product back according to my tracking number and I still haven't gotten any refund or correspondence in regards to a refund value...nothing.
I have reached out via email twice now and haven't gotten any reply from their "customer heroes" department. What a joke.
They have no problem emailing me offers literally every day, but when it comes to communication about giving me my money back and telling me how much I should be expecting, they completely drop the ball. They tell you that you owe shipping as well, but never say how much that costs. So you're just left wondering about that fee as well.
I will never buy from this site again.
This is exactly why I always wait to write reviews. The transaction isn't over until we're square and these people just keep emailing me asking about how my experience was. If they'd finish doing their job, I could actually assess their work.

Terrible experience, unacceptable customer service.
I ordered a Moccamaster coffee machine during Black Friday from Everything Kitchens LLC for a total of $272.57. I never received my order.
Customer service claimed the package had been delivered, even though I was at home all week during the alleged delivery window. As their only “proof,” they sent me a photo of a cardboard box sitting in an apartment building lobby that is absolutely not mine.
My contact at Everything Kitchens LLC (whom I will not name, but who ironically uses the title Customer Hero in their email signature) initially replied to my emails, then suddenly stopped responding altogether, without any explanation or proposed solution.
No proper follow-up, no accountability, no real support.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for an e-commerce company.
I do not recommend this website at all and will never order from them again.

I called & was asked to provide photos, order #, refund or replacement, etc. I asked that IF the product were going to be replaced, could it possibly be sent to the recipient and not me.
In less than 24 hours I heard from Tatum T. advising me that a new order had been placed & was being shipped to my daughter! Kudos to Customer Service, Tatum T. & Everything Kitchens! I will definitely be a return shopper!

Ease of ordering. Delivery faster than I would have guessed. Just what I needed, except not able to get it is dark green anymore. My husband said to go ahead and get the Nordic Green. Always needing a small bowl like that for salads for two. Appreciated the fast answer to my question as to whether the smaller size would still nest inside my next step up size.
