I definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking for a motorbike. I specifically called to place a down payment towards my moped. I was able to select the color and the model and I like there isn't a deadline to pay the rest.

The first scooter showed up damaged from being shipped 2000 miles. So i decided to refuse the delivery. I called superior powersports and the quickly addressed the issue, i submitted video of the damage, which is required. Once the first scooter was back in their hands they sent me a new one which arrived in about 2 weeks. Overall the expierence was good, even with the damage to the first scooter.

The scooter works! I recommended superior powersports to my friends and some plan to buy. I recommend to you too! :)

I bought my nephew an ATV, the Tao Tao Boulder B1 110cc. I must say the experience was phenomenal. The online order was very fast and easy to order. The only problem I encountered was that there were not many color options on the ATV but that was not superiorpowerspoorts fault. The shipping was great. A semi truck came to the front driveway of my suburb house and delivered the ATV on a secured pallet. The ATV was properly packaged. I opted out for the assembled option to save time in putting together. I inspected the ATV and it was properly assembled. I am very happy with my purchase and my nephew is as well!

Our order was damaged when we received it, then we contacted them to get replacement parts and they new parts were damaged before they were shipped ( you could tell it was already damaged before it was even shipped ) we waited for a month to get the new parts, then they arrived in worse shape that the original. Then we called to let them know that the new parts were also damaged and then they sent more parts, and this time they arrived in one piece, but they are the Wrong part ! We wont order from them again :(

WAS skeptic after searching online for a new Moped/Bike.
Took my chance with Superior and now i love it.
Slow responses BUT received product with no hassle.
Easy order,waiting time (shipping) was bout 1-2 weeks as said.
LOVED the bike, will come again for sure.

Great product, but shipping was terrible,took weeks to receive the bike.

It took more than 3 weeks to get my warrantied parts. Need I say more, unacceptable.
If it wasn't for Mike I really do not think I would have got my parts.

Could not get a answer on returning the moped after the fact as I was told you don't need license to ride but Carol laws says difference you guys need to give head up about that before anybody buys your product and get stuck with the product with no return just saying please do.

I bought the 150 tao-tao and have no problmes with it runs and rides great changed oil after 20 miles have 112 miles on it now runs great next year plan to buy another one for my wife a 50cc great for camping to run to town for supples

The back tire keep getting a flat every time my 7 year old rides his dirt bike spent over $150 on keep getting the inner tube changed

I ordered your Tao Tao 50, in March of this year. It was delivered in good time, and in excellent condition. It has worked very well, and given me no problems. Your customer service is very good. My only complaint is that I did not receive a hard copy, of the owner's manual. Which was supposed to come with the scooter. And, have not been able to receive one. It is why I have only given a 4 star rating. That said, I will be purchasing my next scooter from your company. As you have a very good company, with very good products.

When I received the bike,a piece of steel was hanging out of the brakes.I paid $199.99 to have the bike street ready(which it was far from) .A friend tighten all the bolts and screws and it took him over an hour to do. This was a birthday gift for my grandchild,and the friend who finished putting the bike together,said if he had not done all this extra work,my grandchild would have definitely been hurt after riding 8hrs or less.I feel I should be credited the $199.99 for paying for something I did not get.I have called you over this matter,but you never seem to return my call..The first call was made 10 minutes after the bike was delivered,and to this day,I haven't received one yet. Have a nice Day!!!!!!!!!!

My overall experience was good. The only issue I had was reaching someone in Customer Service. Every time I called, I had to leave a message and my calls were not returned. Tracking my order was difficult because I couldn't reach anyone. When I did finally reach someone however, they were extremely polite and helpful. The MCO and Bill of Sale for the vehicle were also slow to arrive - weeks after I purchased the vehicle. Still, the product was delivered as described and without issues. I would purchase from Superiorpowersports again.

Sales was great. Shipping was unacceptable. Had to resend some parts due to poor shipping. People at SPS told me they were just a clearing house. Received a replacement trunk compartment. New part came back damaged worse. I gave up. Scooter is awesome and I love to ride it.

Last year I bought a 150 cc scooter just the break lever broke off first week but overall it’s great then then the other I received my 250 Hemsin hawk which is beautiful it’s all black it came in about 11 days with the rush processing had it for a week now but I have yet to ride it. The battery was dead had to put the acid in and then charged it then after I charged it still will not come on seems like it’s not getting any gas but I wasted my money I paid for rush processing so that it will be here before a big day and it arrived in time but just won’t start I even paid for the full assembly. At the end of day I could’ve kept the $200 bucks in my pocket if it wasn’t gone be as expected now I have to spend even more money to get it fixed all my friends wanna get bikes but looks like we are give somewhere else a shot.

My experience with this company was horrible. I ordered my scooter 3 months ago and still have not received it. Matter of fact, the freight company actually LOST it and has no idea where it is. After daily emails for a month and having to report to the better business bureau, they finally emailed me back asking what they could do. I told them i wanted a refund. They said they would put in a request for a refund. This company is ridiculous and will just give you the run around instead of helping you and being civil and just giving you the product you ordered. This company is corrupt and unethical. DO NOT buy anything from this awful company. I am out almost $900 and no one knows what the hell is going on. I continue to email them every day and still nothing.

I have not gotten any information about an investigation or anything like that. I have called the freight company and emailed them more than 10 times, they just told me they were doing dock checks. Then when I asked for more help they just told me to file a claim, but in order to file a claim I needed certain documentation, which I asked out company for in an email and was completely ignored. I was told they requested a refund for me 2 weeks ago and that they would let me know the following day. Still no answer. I am tired of messing around, I want my money back. This whole situation was handled poorly by your company. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau today and contacting my lawyer.

Worst customer service ever, after 15 attempts to talk to a human, only got recordings from each department I called
After receiving my scooter, waited several days made many calls trying to get start info, again a very frustrating experience
