We test all vehicles before shipping these vehicles out. However, if there is an issue with your vehicle caused by shipping such as a broken speedometer this will be covered under your warranty. Simply hop onto our website and fill out a claim and we will send you the correct parts ASAP! We do not use a 3rd party call center as we have mechanics in house that help troubleshoot any issue with our vehicles. Finally the MCO is a Manufacturer Certificate of Origin that we send our for each vehicle. It is a legal document that DMV's will recognize and issue a final "Title" and registration. Please call us at 1-866-492-2643 extension 2 to reach one of our in house mechanics to address any issues.

Bought a Tao-Tao 4-wheeler
Bought a Tao-Tao 4-wheeler. Package arrived timely. Assembling the machine was fairly simple. Took me about 5 hours, but if I had to do it again, I could do it in 2-3. The product works as expected. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven't had the time to really see how the machine will hold up. If it gives me minimal problems, I would up the rating.

Friendly, painless ordering, quick delivery.
My phone order was handled quick, efficient, and by a very friendly customer service representative. Shipment seened quick, and home delivery was fairly painless. I did have tp arrange to be home during delivery time. However the delivery driver placed my crate right where I wanted it inside my garage. I have recommended SuperiorPowerSports to a couple friends and a family member. I will use them again for sure. The paperwork as promised made Registration and Licensing easy in my State of Nebraska, USA.

Processing usually takes 2-5 business days unless there is an issue with your order and paperwork you submitted like a wrong address or if we need to verify your credit card. Also any mailed checks will take delay processing until the check is in hand and processed by accounting. If I could rate a zero
If I could rate a zero, I would. Received a damaged Tao Tao 50cc upon delivery. Contacted them immediately and uploaded images on a claim. They stopped taking calls and email replies were rare and littered with misspellings. I am still out $1,000. Will NEVER do business with them again! Use anybody but them!

I will never buy from them again I wish I could give them no stars I had so many problems with my bike and I'll I got Everytime was it was my fault becausy bike had 65 miles and bolts fell off and burnt the underneath plastic everything that I thought so be under warranty wasn't I really hate the way he sent the email was very rude please don't buy from them and I bought the ready to ride they refunded the money nothing else for having to figure out how to haul it to another shop everything it was a joke cost me more money.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. As it states in the confirmation emails and under our Maintenance link on the website, you should always check your nuts and bolts between all rides. We also advise our riders to use Loctite on all bolts and nuts. Our warranty claim will replace parts damaged during shipping or issues caused by the manufacturers flaws. However, once the vehicle has been ridden and if the proper maintenance was not taken we cannot cover those liabilities. We apologize for this issue and have refunded you the assembly fee and we hope to have you back up and riding. We will do whatever we can in our power under the guidelines to earn your business back and are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment in how our team has handled your issues as we will continue to look into this.

I paid to have the scooter put together and a PDI (pre delivery inspection). None of this was done and the headlights never worked. All the bolts where looses and the throttle was falling apart. If I had just got on it and rode it I would have crashed due to them not doing what I paid extra money for!!!! Please do your self a favor and buy from someone else!

We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. On many scooters, we cannot attach the lights or side mirrors as they will break during the shipping process. However, it is only a simple screw and plug. The note on all vehicles, as well as the confirmation email, and maintenance link always suggests to go over the bike to assure that all nuts and bolts are securely fashioned as shipping sometimes rattles these loose. To prevent these bolts and screws from loosening we always recommend adding something like Loctite to the vehicle. We would love to help you with any maintenance questions that you may have and hope to earn your business in the future.

However, sometimes issues occur by the shipping company, and if that is the case we will file a shipping damage claim on your behalf and ship you out any replacement parts. Simply file a damage claim and include pictures of the damage so that we can accurately get you the correct replacement parts.

I brought my scooter in April rode it for two weeks and it just stop working i replaced almost everything in the bike and it still wont work. Now i have to sell it because i cant get help on this problem so i spent almost700 dollars and cant even enjoy it. So they got 700 dollars for a piece of junk . so dont get your scooters from this place. Bad customer service they dont answer phones at all.

I ordered the new taotao speed scooter about 3 weeks ago and was sent an email that the scooter was out of stock and in back order. Around last week I emailed back asking for a response for the shipping time and got no response. I have waited a long time for the scooter and would like a reply or reason.
