Fast delivery but expensive returns
I purchased a nice wool jacket which was delivered quickly and efficiently. The quality was good but a little darker than appeared on screen so was in two minds about returning. The really disappointing and deciding factor was that you have to pay the return postage yourself which from Sweden to the UK would be rather expensive (especially when SD recommend that you send it recorded delivery) so rather than lose money i chose to keep the jacket without being completely contented with it.

Items removed from paid order
Superdry has been my favorite brand for some years, but as much as I like the clothes, the online shopping is often a let down...
I think this was the third time an item was removed from my order after I had already paid for all the items. First you spend time browsing through garments to find your size, you find some things you like, they can be placed in your basket and you pay for them at the checkout. Then a couple of days later you get an email saying that some item is no longer available and part of your money will be returned. Is this a novel way to improve your cash flow by borrowing money from your customers? Or do you just need a better system to handle your actual inventory for accurate online browsing?

Pay for the return?!
Love the clothes.. But... I had to return my flip flops because they run big. I wanted a smaller size and when i sent them back i realized i have to pay for the return! That doesnt seem right for a company like superdry

Delivery was a week late.
I placed an order and it was sent to Germany instead of Sweden. I was tracking it online and in my Package app, and have the history, so I couldn't take my new clothing on holiday, as it was delivered a week too late. Not that happy, and now I'm uncertain if I should buy from you online again.
