Great experience in every step.
The shopping experience was smooth and easy. I tried to pay twice with ApplePay and it didn’t work, but had no problems with a card. I received my package within four days. The product was exactly as described and I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it was too small but had no troubles to return it after paying the fee. I will definitely buy it again in a bigger size.

Return is very complicated. Instructions not very clear.
You have to pay for postage fee to return, not very costumer friendly service.

- No free return and you have to send the package to Belgium!!!!
- Sizes are way too small and not as described.
I had to send everything back and lost 330 SEK for nothing to send tha package back to Belgium. No transparency at all, if I knew about return policy I would not even buy anything from there.
