I had my new car treated with Supagard which maintains the paintwork in excellent condition. I noticed some birdlime on my vehicle which I removed but left a mark approximately one inch long. I contacted Supagard who dispatched a kit the following day by courier for me to try before any further action. I followed the instructions and the blemish was removed.

I had my brand new car treated with Supagard prior to purchase at a cost of £598. In the 2 years of ownership I have found the product to be superb. Unfortunately, on a day trip to the seaside, Seagulls left 2 acidic droppings on the car. I applied Auto Glymm bird poo remover immediately on finding the poo without success. The acid in the bird poo had eaten through.
I contacted Martin at Supergard who was so supportive. He arranged for a product to be sent out for next day delivery FOC which should remove the acid poo mark. If it doesn’t work he is looking at sending out a specialist to carry out rectification work. As my paint is grey with a sparkling effect, I’m awaiting the right light conditions to see if my efforts to remove it with the product I received has worked. I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic customer service that I have received from Martin and Supagard. He has gone the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction and is an excellent representative of Supagard.

I purchased a new vehicle with leather seats from a dealer, who sold me Supagard 'Exterior and interior' protection. I found out later the 'interior' protection only covered the footwells and not the tan coloured leather seats, which I would need to pay extra for! Hearing of this, James at Supagard stepped in to resolve this and with no quibbling booked a visit to my home, where he applied the 'extra' product I was led to believe I had already purchased. I found him to be super quick, super polite and acting completely in the customer's interests. I can highly recommend Supagard for their prompt and efficient service. It's a shame that the dealership mis-sold the product to me and did not take sufficient care in how they handled this add-on product. It can have an unfair negative impact on third parties promoting their products.

We had our new car treated with Supagard which does give your car a great shine and finish, we had some Bird lime (poo) on our bonnet aftrrwards which did go through the supagard but did it's job and protected our paintwork, we had this sugagard treatment done because our previous car paintwork was damaged from the exactly same thing bird lime (poo). We've been advised and supported through the hole process in regards to our supagard protection from Jonny who as been really supportive and quick to reply and quick to arrange work done. Great products and Great service. I had my new black Fiat 500e treated with Supagard when I bought it last year and wanted to keep it in showroom condition. I got in touch with Supagard as being black I needed a bit of help and they recommended Aqua (big game changer for black car owners) so much so my neighbour bought it for his two black cars. Honestly, the customer service from this company is second to none. I use all of the other products apart from Snow (as I don't use a pressure washer) and I haven't found a single product I regret buying - love the Wheel cleaner, no more sitting on the ground with soapy water and a tooth brush to clean it - a quick spray, leave for the required time, a quick brush on really dirty wheels - rinse and repeat. In addition to this I received a damaged wheel cleaner (delivery companies fault) I got in touch with Martin and he immediately sent out a replacement order. Couldn't ask for more.

I could not have been more impressed with the level of service I received from the Supagard team. They were extremely polite, attentive and efficient. They came out to me and re-detailed the car, even though the problem was not of their making, but rather the poor application by the company that sold me the vehicle.
To be honest, I had forgotten that it was possible to get this type of 5 star service any more. Very impressed

I recently chose Supagard again for my new car and I am very pleased with both the product and the service I received.
This was not my first time selecting Supagard protection, but it was my first interaction with their customer service team. Martin from the Customer Service team was excellent throughout. He provided clear and helpful advice while I was deciding whether to go ahead, which made the process much easier and more reassuring, as in my experience dealers don’t tend to go into a lot of details and they simply share a leaflet with customers.
After I decided to proceed, Martin continued to support me by helping with the warranty registration, ensuring everything was set up correctly and that my vehicle is fully protected for any future claims. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out.
I am very satisfied with the overall experience and would happily recommend Supagard to others.

My new car had the Supagard treatment by garage some of the treatment applied by the garage had been applied to the rear bumper which left a shiny patch on the egg shell finish which was very annoying. I tried several applications with no success. contacted office told the young lady the problem within ten minutes she rang me back and advised me of the solution. She had arranged for a Supergard solution to be used and said she send the solution free of charge which was very much appreciated. Within 24 hrs the solution arrived with two complimentary dusters, problem resolved. Supergard should be complimented for outstanding customer service, world class I call it.

I had my new car treated with Supagard, I had issue's with it no being applied properly by the dealer, the customer services from Supagard are second to none, they came to my house and reapplied there product very good. on me asking the dealer what they had actually applied Supagard products to in my car the said just the carpets, i shown them a small video of the carpets when i tested them with a small amount of water, i t went straight into the carpet. the car has leather seats, they hadn't done them. Supagard did treat them.
unfortunately that's where the good ends I have been cleaning cars for over 45 years, i have used many different products, on my last few cars i have used the dealerships paint protection, GardX, Diamondbrite, etc and now Supagard, Unfortunately I have better polishes in my shed that would protect my car better than Supagard, I would not recommend this product to anyone, I find it an over priced glorified polish, which i have better that cost far less than this product.
Shame i cant put photos and videos on here. I washed the car this morning for the first time since your product was re applied on the 28th of feb some 10 days ago i jet wash rince the car off there was 2 stains that didnt come of after a second time then washed with your soap i had to go and get one of the products from my shed to remove it. Is that a so called professional product. I do have photos and a video of this. The product i put on the car windows myself beads and runs off better than your product, thats been on since Jan 29th .

I had supagard applied to my Volvo back in July.
I had an issue with bird lime on the roof in February which supagard had to rectify. The process of getting it sorted was fast and seamless and the car is back to new thank you supagard

We paid £299 for Supagard when we bought our car. Had a bash on a wing and needed respray. Have contacted their office last year and this year. Promises, but nothing happens, despite their guarantee saying in heavy print

Martin got it just right in terms of customer service. The product that Volvo applied to our car wouldn’t register online. I called Martin and he sorted/registered this for us immediately. The car looks incredible inside and out thanks to supagard. I wouldn’t usually pay for a product like this from a dealership but we were right to go for it. The results are brilliant

Unfortunately I did have an issue with bird lime damage to the paint but this was swiftly dealt with by the team at Supagard. The damage was repaired under warranty to my utmost satisfaction. I cannot fault the customer service I have received from Supagard since I first started using them in 2022. As someone who is both passionate about car detailing and experienced in customer-facing roles, outstanding service really matters to me - and Supagard consistently delivers it. It is one of the main reasons I will continue to have all my vehicles treated by them, now and in the future.
The longevity and performance of the product itself is first-class. My original Supagard-treated car is now almost three years old and still shows excellent water repellency and is remarkably easy to clean. Recently, when a stain appeared on my driver’s seat, I contacted Supagard for advice - and without hesitation or question, they came out, assessed it, and resolved the issue. That level of aftercare is genuinely rare.
Everyone I have dealt with at Supagard has been professional, friendly and helpful, but Martin McCue and John Dooley deserve special recognition.

Hi I had supagard treatment to my volvo at the dealership which looked amazing,unfortunately i had to make a claim under the warranty ,
As birdpooh had marked the black roof area .
Calling customer service in Scotland I spoke to a very experienced chap called Martin .
I explained that I had bird droppings on the bonnet and roof which was quite a lot ,after washing the car I noticed that the the droppings on the roof had eaten into the paint,but only the roof area and not the bonnet, the rest of the car still looks amazing without any marks.
I explained to Martin that I have been in the car trade all my life and with my experience I felt that they had not applied the product correctly to the roof.
He arranged for Alex a car detailer who has been doing this for many years and lots of experience to rectify the problem, fantastic guy done a brilliant job, and it is now two months later lots of birdpooh and all I have been doing is wash the car with amazing results.
A big thank you to Martin in customer service, your the best and for introducing me to Alex who was very experienced.

I had Supagard protection applied by the dealership when I purchased the car in 2020. I have two occasions to talk to Supagard about certain issues. First, in about 2021, was a problem with a bird poo strike on the cars bonnet and second more recently about having the coating reapplied.
Dealing with Supagard was a pleasure in that my queries with them were handled with expertise and professionalism. In particular I would like to express my heart felt thanks to Supagards local representative Pete Beck, a man who clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience about the world of car detailing as well as being a very nice person to talk to. My whole experience in dealing with Supagard is refreshing in that they genuinely make you feel that your satisfaction as a customer is both precious and of vital importance to them. Alas, something that is hard to find today.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. In my experience, purchasers of new cars would be better going to this company direct rather than through a dealership.

Sadly incurred a very slight dent to the bodywork that had to be repaired by a 'paintless dent removal co ' Dent went but i just rang up Supagard to enquire if i needed the product re-applied again in that small area .
