I'm giving 1 star because I have no choice otherwise I would give them a thumbs down. On July 4th I won 1000$ also won 500$ the 500$ was denied the reason they say is because I was playing with a double bonus. First of all how does their system allow that to begin with? Also I'm a victim of not being paid.. at first was told the bank I use couldn't be used. So I had to open a different account at another bank. Now here it is a over a month later and still no deposit. Each time I inquire about it I'm told the same thing word for word (like they have a clip they automatically use)

This website has been getting away with robbing people for years. They only pay out a small percentage of all cashouts and use payment processors as their excuse for not paying you. Don't fall victim to these scammers! Do not play on this website as they will most likely rob you too as they did most others!

I won 1000.00 two months ago and they brought it down to 850.00 which was fine. I gave them all the information for the wire transfer and they keep say its escalated to the next level but they haven't sent anything so far. I don’t have casinos. This is the only one.

It's not right how I hit the jackpot and they cut my phone off right away. And when I signed back in, I lost my jackpot. Keep in mind it's just for fun. Don't get hook on these games. You lose more than you win on any Casino games.

I won $154 and it has been approved since 7/3. There is a 7 to 10 day waiting time for approval....THEN a 7 to 10 day wait time to release funds...(business days mind you)....THEN when they don't pay, you can have it escalated. I have been in the escalation merry-go-round since the 17th. I spoke through email to them AGAIN yesterday. They said they would try and squeeze my payment in. I get holding out to have you spend the funds, I even get the nonsense 7 to 10 day "policies" but when they don't pay 10 business days after that.... that is a scam. They need to abide by their own policies. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL PAY. They don't.

I won money and you immediately blocked my account when I wanted to withdraw the money. They stole 216 dollars from me. They don't answer my email. Do not deposit and play in this casino. They are a scam, and they will never pay you your winnings. fraudulent like other users. Avoid this place like the plague.The casino doesn't even have a license, that's all clear to you. They can do whatever they want. Run away from this hole.

This by far was the worst casino to deal with. Started off with great news saying my withdraw (just over 500.00) has been approved and all I had to do was make a small deposit of 30 dollars in order to redeem it along with deposit. I was so excited! I quickly did what they told me to do, along with all my documents and the first thing I noticed was sunrise confirming they received deposit, but strangely it was a jewelry store through sunrise. Second the deposit was supposed to be 30 dollars but I got charged 35.28. Moving forward I was then only giving one option to withdraw from (crypto). Contacted customer service and was then giving the option to wire withdraw or check. Come to find out then that both ways were only offered through an international redemption, when they are in the US. Then after that I was giving option to receive threw bitcoin, I tried, but was denied that because it was strictly for bitcoin depositors. I refused to make a second deposit as it was getting very awkward. It’s been 2 weeks now, 26 emails I have proof of with there customer service people. We agreed to 130.00 due to the fact that they were free spins and had a 100 max cash out. I’m not new to the game, I understand all this, but I was confused because they told me first that my winnings were all withdraw-able. I have proof. Anyhow their customer service is absolutely horrible! They went as far as saying that my deposit was to be able to ask them if I can withdraw. SMH! Unbelievable! So, I no longer even wanted the money I won, I felt it was all bad and I wanted nothing to do with them anymore other then my deposit back. Well, I wish I would have read the reviews on them first and that’s why I have decided to write this, to make others aware. Lastly just 3 days ago I decided to look at transactions made on my sunrise account and to my surprise it said I requested a bitcoin withdraw for 100.00 and it was approve and went through. I did not do this. I have proof as well. During the exact same time as bitcoin withdraw they have manager approval of clearing out my deposit and 400.00 dollars. So I now have ZERO. Oh and also during this time they have sent me dozens of free chips, spins,etc but I refuse to play them, because again, I want nothing to do with them. This went from being extremely exciting to worrying my butt off. So I do not recommend sunrise casino at all!

I have been waiting for a $2000 payout since May 2024 and the customer service reps says the same thing, no matter how many times I express my discernment about my personal information being with a third party. I will never deposit money into that specific account if that is what they are waiting for, It is unacceptable to wait for over two months for winnings from a so called reputable fast paying casino. Please do not aggravate yourself and go with a sure thing such as Chumba which is one of the best in my opinion or Ducky Luck. I will keep posted if I ever get the money, but I will not hold my breath.

For everyone out the that read my review and others . I would like to point out that Sunrise Slots have now paid me what they owed me on the 5th of June. Bad business practices. I did purchase another $30 of of playing tokens, needless to say it was a waste of money and I will not go there again. So be warned about what and when they get to paying you a withdrawal.

I got an email from them saying that I had some free spins. So I played I even deposited some money. I won $1800. I wanted to withdraw $1100 and leave $700 in there. So I can continue playing while I waited for my withdrawl . I have sent them email after email for updates.And they continue to tell me that the proof of address was not good enough.I sent them my insurance information with my address.I've sent them an HR letter that was written proving where I lived .these are the emails between us ... Tried to withdrawal numerous times. Kept saying my documents were not validated and were pending. Sent photos of everything including bank letters. I just blew through $14000 in winnings. Worst online company ever. Don’t deposit any money. If you ever played any bonus. They will link that amount to the bonus and restrict and bind you to that bonus restriction.

This place is a total joke!!! Don't waste your time or money here!!! No joke! I jumped thru every hoop they had me jump thru to get APPROVED for a $100 withdraw! And it took 20 days for that to happen! And now we are going on close to a month with still no $100!
