Purchased a 3 door Wheelie Bin Store 151 - Wooden Slatted, FSC® Certified, most of the slates have warped or twisted, doors not closing properly. I did recieve 2 new replacements slates, for them to also warp, it does not advise this problem on their terms & conditions or listing on their site, in the end Summer Gardens just stopped replying as so many photos sent, Barclaycard refunded me. Summergardens claim unit is properly treated against all types of weather, yet me painting it black with proper wall black paint this has caused mine to be different to thousands sold by this company. (Laughable statement).

Bin store turned up with piece broken.
The kit is really cheaply made and not really fit for purpose. I had to collect it from my clients after my team had assembled it and provide them with a refund. I will be either skipping the store or putting it on Facebook selling for free to get it out our yard.

Great product very well engineered and best of all easily assembled.

The instructions on how to build the shed were ok. All the pieces were numbered. However, I feel that the shed is impossible to build by two people in 1-11/2 hrs.

Arrived on time as said eary to put together wife and I put it together in 4 hours looks great down side black self tapping screws to fragile kept snapping the rest perfect

I would definitely recommend this company, excellent products very strong metal was used on our pergola, also very easy to assemble, delivery was only 2 days after we ordered.

I purchased two lean-to gazebos for the purpose of re-purposing them to suit my rear garden project.
From the initial telephone conversation with Johnathon I was met with professionalism.
Not only did he understand what I was proposing, I was offered a discount on the parts that I wasn't going to or the offer of other parts like a jointing kit that I might need.
On receipt of my gazebos(on a date I specified)I noticed damage to one of the boxes but failed to notify anyone about it.
One month later when I opened the boxes I found one part to be damaged,now I was expecting to pay for a replacement part(and did offer to) as I had left it so long but one email to Johnathon and I was replied to the same day and received the wonderful news that although It had been a month before I told them of the situation that they would be replacing the part free of charge and my replacement part was delivered the same
week.
I've read other people's reviews and I'm surprised to hear some negativity, please I urge you not to take any notice.
This product turned up on time,
Was relatively easy to assemble keeping in mind I re-purposed my purchase and is of excellent quality and there customer service is second to none.
I wouldn't hesitate to order more products as and when my customers require.

The instructions weren't the easiest to follow. If two people can assemble it all in 1.5hours then take a bow. I'm left with a few plastic items that there's nothing to say what to do with. There's some small holes in the middle of the door and roof panels - smoosh the random leftover bits into them? We had to bend quite a few of the panel edges of parts to be able to screw things together. Apart from that the shed, once built, looks nice.

Well made product, with a short delivery time. The one query I had was promptly responded to and corrected immediately.

Store is easy to build. Fits together ok. It's not perfect, but good enough. Feels a bit lightweight, but now that it's bolted down and has 2 coats of wood preserver, I'm happy. The proof of the pudding will be how it survives its first winter. That's what earns the fifth star of this review.

Oh and delivery was super easy. Great service.

35 years of reading drawings detailed ones especially!!!!! These instructions on a 13x 20 garage are absolutely shocking , build time 2 men 6/8 hours complete rubbish over 2000 components, small nuts and bolts ect
The build time is Purley a sales gimmick I would personally wager 10k on 2 men building this low quilty multi time consuming slowest possible component application EVER !!!!! In 6/ 8 hours !!!!The sales is to sell please don't fall for this if your not gonna build yourself as your hired labour will either walk away or charge you a hell of a lot more !!!! I hope somebody takes note in my post

The 6/ 8 hours is a gimmick thinking your getting a good deal but the reality is BOUGHT FROM CHINA LOW LOW QUALITY WITH BUILD TIMES QUOTED FROM THERE SMALLEST PRODUCT JUST TO SELL

Well made. Excellent product and very fast delivery five star’s, the instructions were not the best to follow number on the items would help.

Poor quality structure. Missing parts and terrible instructions. I'm sorry I bought this. It looks pretty ropey.

Extremely fast delivery. I fact next day. Absolutely wonderful.
Very good quality materials. And relatively simple to erect. Definitely requires 2 people but that's to be expected with long parts

Although the bin store was delivered efficiently, having seen it constructed I am disappointed. It doesn't look too bad, but It feels as though it will last about a year. It is very flimsy, and all the fittings about as cheap and lightweight as possible. Luckily it was erected by a skilled joiner, but the catches on the doors are horribly small and fiddly. This means you have to hold up each door in order to manipulate the catches in and out.
