The problem was dealt with quickly and sorted within a few days. The phone call was answered promptly and it was nice to speak to a real person!
I would like to thank the member of staff who visited the site, Mark Green. He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. He has a lovely manner with the public and was very professional.

14403005 Mike came round and looked at a leak on the outlet meter, his service was impeccable, he wasn’t able to sort it at that time due to a third party issue but he came out on a Saturday night late in the evening and had a look and did the best he could!

Michael did a superb job
I have to say that Michael did a superb job. He was outside at a very unsociable hour in the pitch black, but was very friendly, took his time, and was able to dig out the water meter that was buried in the ground under loose dirt. He took the trouble to explain next steps rather than rush on to the next job. Many thanks indeed.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. If I had a choice of who supplied my water, I would not pick Severn trent. I have already made a complaint regarding the handling of an issue which appeared to have been dealt with, however they did not turn up to an appointment for a leak. My water bill has gone through the roof ( we are 2 adults living in a 1 bath property and are paying more than my colleague with 3 adults and 2 children with a 3 bath property), and despite my concerns regarding this, Severn Trent don't seem to have any rush (it's been over 4 weeks) regarding the leak I reported.
