Blocked storm drains.
Excellent work carried out by the two staff Gaz and Josh from Seven Trent Water to unblock the storm drains in our area which was causing flooding on our property. They were very helpful and proficient with the work they carried out and promised to return to investigate with a camera to make sure the work was successful.

Luke T phoned to let me know when he was arriving and arrived early within the allocated slot. He was thorough and explained the problem he had found in detail making sure that I understood the process for rectifying and sorting out my bill. It didn't take him long to identify the problem.

We had a fantastic service from
Rash and Paul R today from Severn Trent due to a blocked pipe on our road.
We recieved a call from the guys to let us know what time they were arriving.
The guys worked really hard fixing the blockage and they kept us updated throughout the job.
They were both really well presented, polite, friendly and professional and they ensured the job was completed and everything was nice and clean after they finished.
The neighbours who they also spoke to said how great these two guys were.
We really appreciate what they have done for us today. Thanks to you both.

Stuart Lovell came out to do an external pressure and volume test on our mains supply (ref number 14263454) as we have pressure problems. Very professional and efficient, friendly, and explained everything to us very clearly (twice! My partner came outside after he'd explained it all to me) and wrote out detailed notes on our card for us afterwards. Very pleased with the service and one step closer to working out our low water pressure/flow issue.
