Product lost, later found damaged, product reviews scam
Product lost. Poor and arrogant customer service. Once the product was found, it was damaged. I left a review on their website and the vendor "rejected" (did not publish) the review.

I placed my order on Friday, June 13 2025, after I informed the customer service I needed the product by Wednesday, June 18 2025, the customer service confirmed they would handle the stand in 24 working hours to TNT/FedEx and TNT/FedEx would deliver in 2 working days.
The product was handed to TNT/FedEx on Monday 16th (on time). Regretfully, TNT/FedEx provided confusing information and finally lost the product and was unable to tell me where it was. I asked StudioStands to use a different courier for future orders, their reply? "Every courier is equally terrible."
Once I found the product by personal investigation as TNT/FedEx was still clue-less (it had been delivered to the wrong address), the product was damaged.
I wrote a review on StudioStands website. They conveniently "did not approve" the review. In other words, the reviews you find online are curated by themselves and filter only positive reviews.
Last, they sold me a Pop-up back drop print for EUR 451.40. With 18 years of China sourcing experience I can tell the product can be procured for no more than EUR 40 from China.
A terrible vendor all around.
