Payment Ease

You make it easier to purchase more than one ticket and your payment plan is great. Your staff members are great when they have to refund your payment with such ease. I am looking forward to using your services again soon.

Easy Processes

Looking for and booking the tickets was a very easy process from the beginning. The process for when it came time to access the tickets was also very easy.

Everything worked out fine

Everything worked out fine. I'm not a fan of getting the actual tickets the day before and I'm always concerned about some concert places not accepting 3rd party tickets. I had this experience with another company, not StufHub

Parking

The price I paid for parking was extremely, Va what the parking actually cost. I would not recommend the parking via StubHub.
I get it with the inflated cost for tickets due to the artist, but parking was a joke. When purchased, it read VIP, and when we arrived it was general admission parking even after having a conversation with the parking manager.

I was expecting a ballet

I was expecting a ballet. Instead it was belly dancing which was OK. I think the advertising for the show was false, since it featured ballerinas and there was no description of show.
