Excellent customer service from Daphney.

Prompt, polite and very efficent.

I recently contacted Stubble & Co regarding a missing bag clip, looking to buy a replacement.

Within the hour. Daphney from the customer team made contact and advised she had instructed the warehouse team to look for a replacement for me.

To my delight I received a new bag clip the following week.

What great customer service! I purchased a bag which unfortunately had a minor issue. The repair team were highly communicative and helped with the issue very quickly.

I’d been hunting for the perfect work bag for ages — something sleek and compact, but still spacious enough for daily commuting and travel. The Motion Stubble 15L Sling ended up ticking every box.

It feels genuinely premium, especially the soft stretchy material and overall finish. It’s comfortable to wear all day, works just as well on holiday as it does in the office, and never feels bulky.

What really stood out were the small design details — even the handle feels thoughtfully engineered. You can tell a lot of time went into refining this bag around what professional commuters actually want.

Over and above that - the customer service was impressive. I reached out to ask a question and received an immediate response from an actual person who was super kind and actually wanted to help!

The item arrive packaged in a beautiful box and everything from seeing the advert, to contacting them, to getting any questions answered, and received the fabulous bag has been an enjoyable experience.

I'Il be keen to buy more from them in the future.

This company is nothing short of outstanding. I have ordered no less than five different bags over the years, and they are all fantastic quality. Customer services is impeccable, with responses in minutes rather than hours or days. This is how you retain customer loyalty.

I have bought two bags from Stubble & Co so far, and have to say, I really do like both their design and build. I had their original canvas backpack in black which I really love in terms of design but has now been discontinued, unfortunately, given this was maybe one of their last in stock, I had some issues with the buckles which snapped twice! Each time their customer service was excellent and the buckles were fixed for free (although I had to pay for a bag big enough to ship it in). To compensate, they are sending me their latest roll top backpack as replacement and in the colour of my choice which I look forward to receiving in the next day or two. Despite the initial frustration, their customer service has been nothing short of excellent and I would certainly continue to buy from them and recommend their products, the 40L Kit Bag I bought a year ago is still going strong!

I got my daughter who is a teacher one for Christmas as her colleague had one!
Family were so impressed that I’ve just got one for my husband and father in law .I had trouble with the blue light discount code and Stubble messaged to see if there was a problem , it was soon sorted out and rucksacks arrived the next day having completed the order at 4 pm !
Daphney was most helpful and we love our rucksacks , we got the 20L and are now debating whether to get the larger one for longer trips ! We got the two blue colours which we like -dark but very smart .

Excellent customer service from Stubble. Although my backpack was no longer under warranty, the team still helped arrange a repair instead of pushing me to buy a new bag. The repaired bag came back looking almost brand new. Really appreciate the sustainable approach and the genuinely helpful support throughout the process. Highly recommended!

A strap broke on a bag I had enjoyed for a very long time, and they replaced the bag for free. Very good customer service communications, too. Will be buying from them again.

Excellent customer service! No quibbles over whether it should be an exchange or a replacement when my son's backpack broke 4 months after buying it. It would have been perfect if the replacement had been the same model but as it is no longer available, the next best one is fine. And we got it in just 2 days! Amazing.

Contacted customer service after the bag I had purchased 7 months ago developed a fault. I provided the photos of fault. A replacement sent within 12 hrs, no questions asked. Amazing correspondence from Shem. Thank you! I was expecting a much longer process.

My first bag was lost by the courier. The support team, led by Shem, immediately sent me a replacement via express shipping. Very pleased with the outcome.

I got the Everyday Backbag, and I immediately fall in love with its design, super compact, super comfy to wear as the cushioning is amazing! and have enough pockets for everything I need. being a big guy, I wanted to get backbags that doesn't sit on my "butt" which this one doesn't do bec of the length and design.

highly recommend if you prefer a back bag that sit on back and have a nice fit while being comfy and also other people think its sleek and I think its a super subtle one that I like.

I was looking for a packable tote bag for my next trip and I found the perfect one on Stubble and Co. I placed the order last minute and what a surprise to receive the package 2 days after the purchase (I am located in France). The bag looks great, exactly what I expected.
