I received a bed that was damaged

I received a bed that was damaged, evident by the box. I called customer service to inquire how to rectify or get a replacement part. They can't tell you if the part is in stock or provide you with any kind of timeline. It takes 3 business days to figure this out even though i provided the part number, and pictures while i was on the phone. They can't tell you how to return the item, or how long it will take to process a refund. They don't offer a discount in place of a part (that may take forever to get). I remained polite and after we went around in circles, i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor...that takes 3 business days as well. RIDICULOUS and absolutely NOT helpful. Don't waste your money by supporting this company! This was my first and will be my only purchase from Structube!

Terrible Customer Service and problem resolution

I ordered a bedroom set consisting of a bed, night table and 2 dressers. When I went to out the 2nd dresser together, the box 2 of 2 was the wrong colour. I advised them right away and it took them a month to exchange the box for me. Finally, when they delivered the exchange, I opened the box and it was again the wrong colour. I had to go through the whole customer service process again, another month, and they advised that they have to pick up the dresser and refund me since the unit is now in back order until September. I asked if they would just exchange it for a floor model, or issue me some discount for the issue but 1, they do not sell floor models, and they would not issue any type of discount since it was only the back panels of the dresser. The dresser is made so that they are completely finished back pieces so that the backs can be exposed. They are the heaviest pieces of the whole dresser. They refused any type of discount. It’s disgusting, that they do t even try to work with you to get a resolution in a decent amount of time. Pictures and explanations were sent with original emails yet they still come back asking more questions and delaying. About 5-8 emails back and forth just for them to give you an answer on the original claim and 2-3 days before they reply again. I will NEVER purchase from them again!! Terrible customer service and resolution.

One of (if not worst) return policies

One of (if not worst) return policies. Customer service was awful. If you’re not 100% positive on an item DO NOT purchase from structube. Pretty sure they make it so inconvenient to return things on purpose. You’ll get passed around for days/weeks (maybe even months), in hopes you decided it’s too much effort.

You don’t get what you pay for.

Purchased “new” but what I received was obviously a floor model with scuff marks on the corner of my sofa, missing washers and screws and 6 screws that didn’t even belong to the product. This will be my first and last time buying from this company.

Recently purchased 1 upholstered bed…

Recently purchased 1 upholstered bed frame, and 2 wooden slat bed frames. All 3 products were very easy to assemble and very good quality. the staff at the South Common location were very helpful. Just purchased a LIAM Buffet table, good looking product
but a little bit of confusion when assembling.

I wouldn't recommend the Stractube…

I wouldn't recommend the Stractube Chameleon Sofa to anyone planning to use their sofa for more than a year. After purchasing it and using it as a couple with no children, we found that it significantly lost its durability and quality within just a year. The sofa began sinking on one side and started making noises whenever someone moved on it. When we reached out to Stractube's customer service, we were told that this was normal, which suggests they are aware of the low quality of this product. Disappointing experience overall.

Nice furinture but does not last

Nice furinture it seems like good quality but it keeps breaking every 6 months. Sofa bed parts are cheap and do not last long. There customer service could be much better it takes forever for them to finally honor warranty claims. We were once sent a defective furniture and it took them almost 3 months to rectify the situation.

Cheap / missing parts, terrible Customer Service

The Zhou Sideboard piece is cheaply made and had many issues with the parts received. Two pieces were missing, and the heights of boards that should be the same did not match (the internal walls were different heights from the external walls, however they should all be flush with the same top and bottom board). As a result the pieces could not be fit together and the drawers and doors are skewed. Also several holes were missing.

This was somehow classified as an "assembly issue" by their customer service team, which refused to replace the piece despite the objective flaws with the parts received. The team was frustrating to deal with and the product is unusable with what we have

Ignored inquires about furniture that was delivered broken

I bought a dinning room sideboard 2 weeks ago. One of the drawers was broken. You didn’t see it till you tried to open the drawer and it was in 2 pieces.
Called structures and they sent an email link
2 times I have followed up on the link and just get a repeat message someone will call. NO CALLS or actual response to my complaint.
Don’t buy from them !

I purchased a table and chairs and one chair was delivered with split wood. I have provided images of the actual defective item plus screenshots of the defective items from your PDF you sent to me. You guys have dragged the issue out for weeks and I’m still sitting on the floor. You have now spent all the kindness and patience I had with your company. I will never, and will tell anyone I know, never to do business with your company, ever. I can say Structube has done literally EVERYTHING not to solve this problem quickly and efficiently.

I hate your company for leaving me on the floor like a fool in front of my family for three weeks.

You have lost a customer and hopefully many more with your useless customer support.

Structube Gives Bad Service an Even Worse Name

I would not recommend purchasing furniture from Structube. Ever.

My story? I have a Structube Europa Extendable Dining Table. The table was disassembled for a move. When you turn the table upside down there are eight 1 1/4 inch bolts with a hex head. Unfortunately I lost four of these. Worse, the bolts appear to be proprietary, design specific to the table, meaning I am unable to purchase them at a store. So I contacted Structube and asked them if I could purchase a set of replacement bolts. Structube said no. They do not do sell replacement parts.

So my table is now unusable.

Be careful purchasing from Structube as they do not service what they sell.

I will have to purchase a new table.

Just not from Structube.

Unsatisfactory Experience / Worst Customer Service

Bought a coffee table (Avery Brown) from Structube Signal Hill, Calgary. Within weeks, a small water spill caused significant color damage. Disappointed with the quality and lack of durability. Requested a refund or store credit to resolve this issue, but received no support from Structube despite attempts to contact them. Disappointing experience overall.

Absolute Scam Alert

Absolute Scam Alert: Avoid Structube at All Costs!

Purchased a coffee table from Structube, and it was a disaster! Noticed scratches within a day and when I tried to return it, they shamelessly blamed me and refused a refund. Their customer service is a joke and their ethics, nonexistent. Don't waste your money or energy on this disgraceful company. A warning to all: steer clear of Structube!

Do Not Buy Structube Products

Structube has zero customer service and places the onus on customers when things go wrong.
A manufacturer damaged sofa was delivered to my home in 2023. A large sectional. There is no option to pay for setup. I tried and was refused. I waited weeks for family to help me setup. Three bags of garbage and several blue boxes later, revealed a damaged sofa.
The replacement sofa was delivered on Friday. Once again, I am left to deal with the garbage and setup. They refused to make me whole. I live alone and am in my mid 50’s.
During the delivery, my entrance furniture and rugs were stacked in a corner, plants were toppled to the floor and broken and a photo frame suffered damage.
When I contacted the store, the Regional Manager told me, in writing, I should be grateful I wasn’t charged for the replacement and I failed to properly package up the damaged sofa. None of this had been discussed.
Structube has left a huge mess and damage in my home. For the second time, I await family to assist me before I can determine if I have received an undamaged sofa.

Horrible company & quality

I would avoid purchasing any product from here. Our couch hasn’t worked since it arrived. We purchased the Odette sofa bed. However, the sofa bed piece doesn’t work. The 2 sectional pieces also don’t stay together. We’ve been going back and forth with them jumping through hoops trying to get an exchange. We opened the ticket the day after we got the couch delivered. We have to follow up all the time as they’re unresponsive. They had us send pictures and videos then don’t respond for weeks. Offered us $150 dollars back off a $1400 couch. Seems unreasonable when half the couch doesn’t work. We also were only ever asking for an exchange. Then they request more videos but failed to tell us this was needed until we called in. The only time we heard from them was when they tried to call on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. They’ve finally approved the exchange after 3 months and now we’re waiting at least another month for a new couch. To top it all of their agents are not helpful over the phone and unresponsive via email. No one who answers the phone has any authority to actually provide any support. You have to wait 4 days to speak to a manger. Save yourself the headache and buy from a better company. Lastly, when we initially called to order this couch the sales agent tried to sell us on a returned floor model for a discounted price. They clearly have quality control issues.

It gets worse!!!

We finally get the exchange approved and they confirmed the product didn't need to be packaged. After wasting an entire day for the exchange they can't do the exchange because the product isn't wrapped. Despite suggesting the clear solution that they bring in the new product we unwrap and repackage the old product. They now expect us to spend $77 to reschedule the exchange because they failed to communicate properly. On top of that we have to go spend $100 on bubble wrap. Worst company!! They have no customer service or respect for customers. Take your money and run as far as you can!

Don’t buy Murol beds

I bought 2 Murol beds which look so nice on the pictures. The end result is not bad and they are quite confortable if you put a good mattress on them BUT to reach this point you have to assemble the bed ! This is where things become complicated and a good reason for a divorce ! I think that the Chinese guy who invented this bed is a true MANIAC !! Don’t buy this bed unless you really like very complex puzzles . The building explanations are very badly written , the drawings don’t make sens and the overall conception is a complete non sense. Again ! Don’t buy this bed !

Bad products and customer service After waiting for almost a month…

After waiting for almost a month finally I received the product. At the delivery time they dropped off the wrong item and created a big hassle for me to get the right one to my door!!! During and After assembling them I’ve found out there’re manufacturing defects with the product… I called the store and sent them pictures of the parts that were defective . They asked me to disassemble and bring them back!!!! And I will get new sets. I did that and I brought the new set home and again I noticed so many cheeped areas that made me so made. I’m very disappointed with the service and the quality of their products.
I don’t recommend to anyone to shops from there….. I gave up talking to them because they didn’t do anything to compensate ………..they did nothing!!!!!
