Steve gave plenty of notice, looked after my 1100 kg shed and spent the time to make sure everything was unloaded carefully and into a good position.
What a great experience!

Ordered and paid $12000 up front for trex decking project.
Frustrated to receive incorrect supply of securing clips. Should have received trex hideaway clips and 100mm bearer protector tape but received really inferior universal clips and 50mm joist protector tape instead. The Manager Shaun Buchan had been very difficult to contact and unhelpful to rectify the order. Had to wait initially 3 weeks for the order then another two weeks on a promise to supply the correct clips only to be told they aren't coming today and no idea when we will receive them. Shaun does not answer emails, his mobile number or store phone and only responds after complaints made to the call centre and insisted the regional manager be involved.
When he did reply it was very vague and did not contact me again as was promised. Were happy to take my $12000 but VERY poor after sales service!! NEVER respond to call messages left by the call centre and should not be a manager

This is our second order of these screens. They are decorative and very easy to install along our fence as semi-privacy screen behind our ornamental pear trees. The price was perfect for us as was the design and they were delivered within the 3-5 day times quoted.

Steve was on time with delivery and expertly used the truck’s crane to lift our 100kg shed flatpack over our back fence - in the perfect spot for us to assemble! Thanks Steve and thank you Stratco for the awesome shed!

Madrid 3 seater outdoor swing states aluminium frame. All of the frame is steel - checked with a magnet in store. No problem with the product itself but don't say it's aluminium in your advertising if it is not.

Still waiting on a simple quote for a fence extension submitted 18/10/24 (nearly 3 weeks). Phoned Stratco to follow-up (24/10/24) was told someone will action it in a few days. Still nothing. Anyway, I have completed my fence extension without their help.

Steve the delivery driver was very helpful, friendly and went over and above.

The antonym of service is Stratco. Job after job supplied short, delayed, damaged, wrong colour or all the above. Often, the response is worse than the underlying error. From order to invoice, the arrogance is disgraceful. With an invisible manager behind the wheel, nothing changes if nothing changes. Perth is a s*#%show and its destroying small business.

At Kadina store, l was so happy with his knowledge, helpfulness and his friendliness. I highly recommend people to shop at this store.

My experience wasn’t anywhere near great. I contacted stratco saying there were drawings missing. They said they didn’t supply them anymore.(it was on the packing sheet though) my council needs drawings. The ‘online only’ instructions (none supplied) kept referring to the drawings. Footings size/depth etc. company seems to be uninterested. Very poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

Placed an order and paid for delivery of items, paying a high fee to deliver and giving three weeks notice for delivery to occur. On day of delivery, No Show! called store at 3.30pm and told, order was placed on the truck and delivery would be done by 6pm. Did not arrive and not impressed at all.

We ordered a Stratco Outback kit back on 28th January 2024. It arrived in Yamba NSW in due course without a hitch from Ormeau. We had an installer build this construction There were wrong gable joiners sent in the kit,had to wait days for the correct ones to arrive. The design is not good, the gable roof leaks, rusting tech screws, pop rivets show denting, poly carb sheeting is joined with tape. We have had nothing but issues, namely leaks and rust right up til the 3rd September, (8 months later) when installer was returning to rectify problems. I would not reccommend a Stratco Outback for the expensive price and inferior materials

I visited the shop today, 28 Aug 24, looking for a couple of hard to get parts that the internet couldn’t help me with.

One part was in stock, and the other wasn’t. The guys I spoke with went out of their way to help me identify where I might go looking for the part they couldn’t help me with.

I was very impressed with the customer service they provided. Thanks guys.

Impressive Consultant..knowledgeable.. but most importantly excellent customer service. Dave Ward came to our home ..went that extra extra mile to assist us to sought a solution .Would recommend .Would use his service again.Thanks Dave.
