Staff Were Very Helpful.
On Saturday, 01/03/25, my husband and I were at the Gepps Cross store. We were so busy that we didn’t realize our little boy had an accident there.
The staff were incredibly helpful. Rachel, who was at the counter, kindly assisted my son in cleaning up the mess, which I truly didn’t expect. My husband noticed that she wasn’t trained in First Aid, but despite that, she handled the situation amazingly.
I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service, especially to Rachel, for her quick and caring response.
Well done, Rachel, and thank you once again to the staff at Stratco Gepps Cross!

Ordered an outdoor setting and while i havent openend or assembled it, i want to say their delivery driver is a star. Delivered it up our driveway on hand cart and placed the boxes out of the weather. Just amazing. Thanks!

After a very negative experience with the preferred Stratco installer who installed a side access gate that was incorrectly measured and poorly installed, I would like to personally thank Lucas O'neill for his prompt response to our recent review. Not only was he proactive on the situation, but, took ownership and quickly opened lines of communication with me and attended the property at the earliest available time. After inspection of the work done he committed to a response and delivered. He offered full replacement of the product and engaged installers Peter and Cameron who completed the job yesterday with 100% satisfaction.

Communication was poor. We didn't receive all of our ordered items when we picked them up from Stratco.

from start to finish they were great and I was awarded credits to spend at their store

Steve from ferntree gully Stratco was so helpful . He knew a lot about the products I was after and also gave me different ideas how I could do my task at hand . His customer service was fantastic and he was very polite. I felt he treated me like apart of the stratco family more so than just a customer. I will be passing Steve’s name onto my friends and family as he is a great at customer service. Thanks again look forward to coming to buy more stratco products off you mate .

Excellent service from the young lady at Stratco. Product I was chasing was not on the shelf but she was able to locate just the thing.

We were assisted with out needs at Doveton and the sales team were very helpful with our concerns. When the kit arrived they were quick to assist when we had questions about the kit.

Had a wonderful experience with the customer service team online. But — the in store service was terrible. Wasted so much time being told my order wasn't there is wasn't ready. Two staff members spent more than 2 hours in the Gepps Cross Store because they 'couldn't find it,' argued that it wouldn't be ready for another month. I want to support local, but not when you make it this hard.

The one star is because — I can't place a google review. And the poor service in store took the shine off the online service.

Steve delivered our Umbra unit. His communication prior to drop off was excellent. He was friendly, accommodating and professional and unit was unloaded with care.

Have a large community shed at goolwa badly in need of a paint.
Have been seeking information re paint types, costs, availability etc and went to Stratco at Goolwa this afternoon. Lucky enough to meet Anthony who could not do enough to help me
Explained my needs and Anthony took time to explain the many options available.
Will recommend, to my committee, loop we buy the paint from Goolwa Stratco thanks to Anthony's excellent service.

Received excelent assistance from Patrick (Stratco Richmond) to put together all components and dimensions for a Glass Balcony Balustrade. He was helpfull when a change in some components to allow an altered design was recommended by the installer.

We were having problems with communication with another store and Corey was super helpful. He rang back when he said with answers and sorted out our concerns. He always replied to emails.

Steve gave plenty of notice, looked after my 1100 kg shed and spent the time to make sure everything was unloaded carefully and into a good position.
What a great experience!

Ordered and paid $12000 up front for trex decking project.
Frustrated to receive incorrect supply of securing clips. Should have received trex hideaway clips and 100mm bearer protector tape but received really inferior universal clips and 50mm joist protector tape instead. The Manager Shaun Buchan had been very difficult to contact and unhelpful to rectify the order. Had to wait initially 3 weeks for the order then another two weeks on a promise to supply the correct clips only to be told they aren't coming today and no idea when we will receive them. Shaun does not answer emails, his mobile number or store phone and only responds after complaints made to the call centre and insisted the regional manager be involved.
When he did reply it was very vague and did not contact me again as was promised. Were happy to take my $12000 but VERY poor after sales service!! NEVER respond to call messages left by the call centre and should not be a manager
