Bbq delivered assembled and pieces missing from box called customer service said can’t do this on the phone so please email
Emailed pictures of parts missing and confirmed have been ordered and sent out
Emails and phone calls later still nothing received
Chased so may times and was fobbed off
5 weeks later I’m waiting for a collection and a refund for what is an unusable product missed all the summer no gesture of goodwill
Let me update this to see whether I get a refund
Unbelievable do not use this company scam 5 weeks had my money and I’m left with nothing !

I wanted to purchase a new stove for my boat. The company was very helpful in advising me and answering my queries so I decided to buy one from them. They would deliver but although I’m 71 years old the driver would not be able to help me get a 71kg stove TO my boat (which is right by the road) rather than to the marina office. I did not expect the driver to get the stove actually on to the boat. I have nobody to help me so I was unable to purchase the stove. Apparently customer services stops once you have placed your order…

Unfortunately, we don't offer a delivery service that includes carrying a stove onto a boat. Our deliveries are to the kerbside, and drivers aren't insured or authorised to move heavy items beyond the delivery point.

Excellent experience
Ordered an Evonic fire. Customer service great and responsive, as I made a spelling mistake on my address that they changed within the hour.
Delivery was received within two days.
All in all an excellent service and will order again when necessary. Priced very competitively.

Delays with deliveries
Delays with deliveries. Ordered a stove plus a stovepipe kit. Initially; the stove was delivered after chasing up Stoves are us. The stovepile kit was eventually delivered following further chase ups.

I love the cooker, delivered on a pallet
I love the cooker. First time I have had electric oven and induction hob and so far both have been great 👍
The delivery was on time but the cooker came on a pallet and needed to be unpacked before we could get it into the house. My husband and I are in our 70s. It took a kind stranger to get it into our home. We would have been stuck but for his help. 3 stars.
