Just A Fantastic Service
An amazing find. From the start, Dan was friendly, open & obviously proud of the facilities on offer.
The place is huge but is separated into differing all modern buildings.
Parking is plentiful including blue badge spaces.
There is a lovely reception which leads into a warm refreshment area with complimentary tea, coffee etc for customers to enjoy.
Onto the storage itself. Incredibly clea & light. Goods lifts are essential & there are plenty of available trollies to borrow for loading/unloading.
Access is simple but secure & I like that the main shutter doors close after a brief time adding to the security.
There are huge gates at the entrance to the compound.
Dan fully explained the terms & there are good offers for paying ahead.
The offer of a 1st free collection using the StoreFirst van with their driver saved us multiple journeys. They provide the transport, we provided the labour. It was so smooth.
I've since been back adding more to our unit & the process was great.
O have absolutely no negative comments (ooh except for the lack of teaspoons 😄)
The relief knowing your possessions are safe, dry & accessible is huge.
I totally recommend StoreFirst at Burnley.
