Staff were extremely friendly (over the phone and in person) and very clear when explaining all the details of my booking with them (also happy to go over anything that I didn’t understand or needed clarifying). Great pricing (we’re able to provide me with a locker with short notice as well). Delivery service was top and driver was very patient.

had a unit off and on ever since it…
had a unit off and on ever since it opened ....never not paid .....difficulties yesterday with internets countrywide......my payment could not be taken because of this ....this bunch of amateurs sent me an email saying i would be denied entry to my unit not getting in touch with me to find out why .plenty of funds in my account, hundreds of past payments made over 15 years without a problem and these clowns threaten you with a suspension...... ...

Storage unit.
The storage unit was the right size and immaculate ( clean ). The staff were friendly and explained everything that would happen, and happen if anything went a miss my end. They were spot on. And i couldnt, complain. The first 3 months half price was a great way to start too.

This is the first time I have ever had…
This is the first time I have ever had to use such a facility.
From my first enquiry visit, which was near to closing time in the office, I was treated respectfully and afforded all the time that I needed to get suitably informed and shown a unit of the size that my needs required.
Then I returned a week later and went through the terms of the use of the storage and signed up.
The whole process was easy, the unit clean and secure and the costs very reasonable.
Storefirst are great and I will recommend to my family and friends.
