Bought an espresso machine through CDON but they haven't sent it and it was over 10 days ago. Luckily I bought it with buyers protection so I can get my money back. SCAM COMPANY, beware!

The product never arrived. The CUSTOMER CARE IS TERRIBLE, I sent multiple e-mails and phone calls, but they never reimbursed me. Over a month passed.

DO. NOT. BUY. They will SCAM you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is an absolute joke. bought an air fryer off Amazon and it just STOPPED working exactly after a month, so I couldn't return it on Amazon. Now, I've been trying to contact Cecotec to get a replacement for months as it is still under warranty, but their customer service is a JOKE, and no one seems to care. I understand things break, but bad customer service is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY THEIR AIRFRYERS.

*UPDATE* Following the reply to this email I was able to get ahold of Cecotec and they are sending me a new air fryer. I appreciate the customer service and wish it hadn't gotten this far in order to resolve an issue.

I bought a Bamba Ceramiccare for my wife's birthday in April and it has been the worse online shopping experience so far.

First, this company advertise a product as "In stock", then tell you, after payment of course, that it is actually not in stock. Either you cancel your order and pray for a refund, or you wait for an undefined period of time. One can already wonder how legal that shady practice is.

Then, when you finally receive the product and you realise that some pieces do not fit well together and that the quality of the product was clearly not as advertised, it is just impossible to return the product. They absolutely refused that we returned the unused product within the 14 legal days (even when they are actually legally obliged to do so by European law). They state that it is written on their website, as if that could exempt them from following the law. Again, shady..

Since April, we are desperately trying to return this item and be refunded but without success. They take forever to reply by e-mail, then say that a delivery company will contact you, but of course no one ever contact you.

Anyway, they ruined a birthday gift for us and I wish I went on Trust Pilot before ordering from this unprofessional company. Be careful, don't waste your time and money.

You've just sent a clear message to everyone who reads this review to NEVER buy any of your so-called "personal hygiene" product from your company since they know they will never be compensated in case of any problem, not even when its the law.

It's a hair dryer, not a tampon.. And it has NEVER been used or tried since some pieces did not fit well together. A hair dryer is not in the list of non-refundable items specified in the European law. We should have bought our product on Amazon. At least they respect the law. Maybe it's time to use my legal insurance to get compensated for the article and the time wasted with this procedure.

I ordered a washing machine in Spain 11 days ago. The manufacturer is only 90 minutes drive from my property so I thought I was doing well supporting a local company. Shipping was advertised as 24-72 hours and it was dispatched within this time, however this is where it all fell apart. It has been sitting with the courier for 9 days, I was contacted a few days ago for an arranged delivery of yesterday. No machine has arrived, the transport company is not responding to my email and it is virtually impossible to get information from Cecotec.
They have taken my money and I still have no washing machine.

The company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! My rubbish airfryer broke down and I’ve been trying to get a replacement off them for the last few months as it was under a warrenty. So far no money and no airfryer! Full of incompetent peiple who couldnt care less!! AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!

MI reseña va para esta ultima, resulta que se ha roto el boton del rodillo y hable para la garantía, me contestaron un correo que si quería el repuesto eran 14,9€.

He llamado puesto tiene menos de 3 meses desde que la compre y es un boton que sin el no se puede usar.

Igualmente mi sorpresa es que no tienen el repuesto ni para la garantía ni para comprar. Directamente no lo tienen, plazo de entrega 45 días (y no saben muy bien)

Muy decepcionado.

I wish I'd read the review before I brought the products but who does especially when you believe your getting a good deal, something I suppose we all shouldn't believe.
I brought two fans for a site called Clubefashion.com but the fans arrived directly from Cecotec.
We out them together and they seemed great. The smaller fan at the moment is, fingers crossed ok. But who knows.
The second fan which is a tall one, lasted 10 mins then went off. I hate the hassel of returning things so I tried everything to see if I could get it to work. Nothing, there wasn't even an indication as to why it went off no smoke marks, noise nothing. That's we're the fun began. I contacted Clubefashion.com who say they have contacted Cecotec but I'm still waiting as I'm sure they are. So I decided to try contact them myself. I got cut off that many times from there WhatsApp messages, I don't want to bore you with the details, but one thing that made me laugh was one who did answer me and even offered to get the item picked up firstly said, it will take over 45 days for us to even look at ot as we had a fair in April, its a fan by 45 days I probably wont need it anymore. I stupidly offered take it to a drop off place to make it easier for them. More fool me, then they just cut me off as I was writing my reply. I've tried emailing, calling. Nothing. This is my last hope to get them to take notice. Otherwise its just money in the bin. Its sad cos the products look nice but if they dont work snd the customs service is soooo terrible, they wont survive anyway.

Appalling customer service .I bought a
cordless hoover.It broke and for the last year have tried to get it fixed to no avail .Don't buy off them

I bought a Conga 11090 robot vacuum cleaner. It worked well for 3 months, but when the covering of the central brush broke, Cecotec ignored me. I have called, mailed and whatsapp in German and Spanish to get them to send me a 12 euro part. They have categorically refused to do anything more than 'send a message to the relevant department'. The most infuriating part: the proposed to send me the part I needed, I accepted and then they just ghosted me despite repeated attempts to contact them.

I bought the Cecotec Conga Rockstar and it stopped working after 3 months.. nobody answers when i try to change it. They are scammers. Don't buy any of their products.

I ordered and paid 54.90 euros on the 3rd June 2024 for a Power Black Titanium 2500MAX PerfectMix and was given a delivery date of 12th June 2024, the transport company was SEUR. The delivery company did not deliver, no phone call or any messages as to the reason for non-delivery. Next day I found out that my item had been returned to CECOTEC. I did not receive any acknowledgment from CECOTEC as to why there was no delivery and since than I have sent messages by WhatsApp and evertime I get to communicate with someone I get told that .someone from another department will contact me. I am still waiting and I have asked for a full refund and also I have asked for a "Hojas de Recalamaciones" but still no response. With tbis kind of experience I would not recommend anyone to purchase ant CECOTEC products.

They have sent packages with the wrong shipping. for almost 4 weeks they have not managed to solve the shipping of the package which is between 2 carriers.

Update 11/7 I wrote this after I contact cecotec by the correct mail

I have purchased the item in June, promised to get it shipped in a few days. Well, it was delivered 3 weeks later. Days to get in contact with customer service, not a real answer though. I can post pictures to prove it.
UPDATE after reply: If you really care for your customers you should reply properly when we have the issue, not when you read the bad review.

I can't begin to describe how bad this company is. Not only have they refused to repair my goods under guarantee, but their transporters and technicians damaged the equipment leaving it inoperable, then they have the cheek to demand that I pay to repair their damage. It is now over 7 months that they have had my equipment.
I hope this review saves someone from becoming another Cecotec customer (victim)

I ordered a mattress and they sent the wrong one! Now I will have to pay for return shipping on their mistake. The phone number does not work and there is no way to contact a human. Not impressed.

Ordered in good faith a washing machine from cecotec
last week. The money was withdrawn immediately.We were given a tracking number which does not work.
Told the delivery people would be in touch as it was in transit.
That was the only email or contact recieved other then the one confirming the order.
Tried contacting them without any luck.
I want to cancel the order but cant do that.
Have washing mounting up and will have to get another washing machine.
I am very disappointed in this company which I trusted having taken the money they would deliver the goods

I sent my vacuum robot (under warranty) to repair on April 14th and still don't know when I'm going to receive it back, when they advertise a 30 days solution through their cecocare service. They "accidentally" drop de calls in the call center when you call them. It takes at least 10 minutes every call to their call center.... Shameful! Last thing I'm buying from CECOTEC

Don't buy from this brand! They are not professionals and is a problem to have the refund!

I started off small with a sandwich grill, after that an air fryer, then a robot vacuum. All excellent!
I then bought an EScooter, not so good, but returned and full refund given. Just bought a new house, so kitted it out with Cecotec, dishwasher, double fridge freezer, washing machine and 4 ceiling fans (have got to say the fans are Amazing! Silent and no need for the AC to go on).
I've been a happy customer now for over 6 years. Can't fault them.
