My thanks to Lorraine at Stoneacre in Sheffield. I didn't go in to buy a car, but she was friendly and easy to talk to: we chatted about the timing of trading my Jazz in for a more recent model, wandered around the site looking at different models and discussing the differences between them, then she handed me some keys and suggested I try one out, as I was unsure about the switch from manual to automatic. At no point did she apply any pressure, but offered me a great trade-in price, which made the decision much easier. I'm so pleased with my new car!

Loved the in store service, knowledgeable, personable and professional. I declined the aftercare packages and was a bit annoyed at the amount of calls I had in relation to those, its a good job the garage staff aren't that pushy or I wouldn't have bought the car.

My engagement with Paul was outstanding, the consultative approach he took both ensured I got the car I wanted and helped give me the confidence I needed to consider moving away from Porsche to Aston Martin.
Sam was excellent on the financial aspects and when I collected the car Chris made the whole experience feel special

Very happy with the vehicle we bought, only had it 3 days. Salesman Dominic ensured all presale work was more than completed. “Extras” with the sale pushed quite hard both by Dominic and a couple of calls from HQ but managed to avoid.

Myself and the boss! Was looking at a car advertised with stoneacre (Liverpool) which was miles away but we had a local stoneacre in our town so I thought let's go speak to someone we went in spoke to a manager who put us together with Paul one of the sales guys from the moment we spoke it was a joy and after long discussions we thought let's do it and Paul was absolutely brilliant from start to finish he could not have done anymore for us he even got the car brought to his branch (Knaresborough) we can't thank Paul enough it was above and beyond the help he gave us so chuffed with our car thank you paul!

The Sales team were totally amenable and supportive. Were not in the least pushy, and were patient to arrive at a suitable deal

I test‑drove a CX‑30 and mentioned how glad I was to have heated seats again for my back. No one corrected me, and after getting the car I spent ages trying to find the heated‑seat controls before realising the car doesn’t have them. The rear speakers also aren’t wired in.

I was told the car would be ready on Thursday, then informed it wouldn’t be available until Saturday.

Despite these issues, the Motability advisor was very helpful, especially as it was his first time setting everything up.

Very professional and friendly enviroment. All our questions were answered thouroughly.
There was no pressure to take quick decisions.. we were given time and space to think reflect and make our choice.
The turn around time from order to delivery of the car was very quick.
