Excellent Customer Service

We went to Stokers last Sunday to find our recliner sofas. We wanted it in leather, firm/ supportive and on legs because of my disability problems.

We were helped so much by Julie Williams. She was attentive without being pushy as this would have put us off. She achieved the right balance. Julie explained everything thoughly and her patience was really good.

I think that Stokers are very lucky to have her as a member of their team as decent sales people are hard to find these days. I am happy to recommend the service we received and we look forward to receiving our new sofas in the near future.

Went to look at suites today, but then we always head to stokers, wouldnt go any where else, thank you julie williams for all your help ( even going as far as looking up on computer what are suite would look like with the material we picked) staff never pushy but there if you need them, good quality furniture, thanks again julie.

We had a great experience at the Ormskirk store and brilliant service from Tracey Corns. She was very helpful and very patient with us, especially with making our decision.

We visited Stokers Furniture store in Chester to look at different dining chairs. The staff were quietly attentive without being intrusive. Whenever we required information there was always someone available to ask. Julie Williams was very helpful and polite and went the extra mile to find further information if that was required. She assisted us in trying various dining chairs which led to us purchasing four chairs for our new dining table, and a new coffee table.
Julie was very knowledgable and helpful and we are looking forward to receiving our new purchases.

Stokers is a really good furniture store with a wide range of quality products. We were served by Jenny who was excellent - very knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. We would have no hesitation recommending this store.

We recently purchased a sofa. Martin helped us choose, he was so knowledgeable about Ercol and nothing was too much trouble.ww would recommend Stokera and Martin, he is a credit to the company!

Went into Stokers Chester today to find a new sofa. The staff were really polite but let us have a look around of our own accord until we found the sofa we wanted. Steve Wood was extremely helpful, he gave great recommendations to what materials sound the best for us. He made the whole process stress free and gave us all the information we needed about the sofa and the aftercare too! Super excited for our new sofa to arrive!

My husband and I visited Stokers in Chester last week to buy a bed. The range in store was fantastic - we had assumed we would also go and look in other shops but there was no need. Steve Hartwell could not have been more helpful - really knowledgeable, happy to spend as much time with us as we needed to answer our (many!) questions but also left us to browse on our own for as long as we wanted, while always being available when we came up with yet another question. Once we finally decided, he put together a great package for us so that we were very pleasantly surprised by the final price. A much easier experience than we were expecting and we can't to get our new bed. Thanks, Steve!

Stokers is a fantastic store and we have purchased many items there. We visited again recently and purchased some sofas. The service we received from Andy Short was 1st class.

What a beautiful furniture store this is! Deceptively large and filled with good quality furniture; largely presented in natural light.

Was well looked after by Julie Williams she showed us the furniture we were interested in and we liked what we saw so we ordered and paid a deposit and left the store happy

Graham was welcoming friendly knowledgeable answered our questions professionally was willing to offer advice and was honest in explaining we may have to wait till next year for our furniture he never over promised and advised us he would keep us updated .

Beautiful store with lots of choice for anyone wanting sofas, beds etc. Really helpful sales adviser (Mark Cain) who talked through our options and made the buying process very quick and straightforward. Highly recommend both Mark and Stokers. Have bought from Stokers before and will definitely buy again.
