I was in the store getting a uniform for my daughter and even though the place was busy, in which case some customer service agents can be flustered or the service feel rushed, it certainly wasn't.

I was served by Aoife who was extremely approachable, engaging and helpful. I would say day definitely went above and beyond in making sure I got the right things. My job is related to the customer service industry, and I would hire Aoife with no hesitation.

The story itself was clean, presentable and had good sized changing rooms. They also had enough staff to make sure service was quick and efficient.

Fast delivery and quality uniform

We had a great experience with Sienna at Stevensons, who helped us with my son’s uniform for a new school. Sienna was efficient and friendly and we were able to get everything we needed quickly and confidently.

I would like to thank Mia a lot. She was very helpful and truthful. She guided us very well Nd answered all my queries very patiently and politely.

The assistant Bree could not have been more helpful. So patient and we never felt rushed. Happy to suggest different sizes for us ensuring the whole experience was an easy one. She was just so pleasant.

Smooth transaction and brilliant customer services!

Fast delivery, that’s the positive. However as with previous items ordered, the quality just isn’t there. This is a case of a cheaper item which will require more frequent replacement and therefore is a false economy. The previous provider, school blazer had much better quality across the range. Items were grown out of, not worn out. On this occasion, we ordered two different waist sizes of sport trousers and they transpired to be different lengths, even though this isn’t mentioned on the website. This meant we had to purchase a size which was too big in order for them to be long enough. The sports tops feel extremely cheap. No hoodies either.

I found it a bit fiddly ordering process, and it took longer than I expected to be able to place the order.

The staff have been super helpful in helping me navigate my daughter’s New high school uniform. Replying to emails in great time and with all the information I needed. The delivery time was quick and the clothing is lovely, really well-made.
