Very easy to book my ticket for TT 27 , a straight forward process and Great communications from the steam package company. Highly recommend 👌

Return Trip to Heysham outgoing 17th back on the 20th. Not a good experience on the Ben McChree, they were far too many people on board and not enough seats, ended up having to sit on the floor or a on deck in the wind for four hours. People were sat under the stairwell ,on deck, and in the Shop.
A very unpleasant crossing and really should be compensated for this. The number of OAP’s on board struggled as the lift were out of action and should there have been an emergency evacuation it would’ve been total chaos.

The Auto booking system is ok.
Unless you are looking for different dates to try and get a better price.
The Staff at the Terminal in Liverpool are great. Friendly and helpful.

Some of the drop down menus are quite small and as an older person it's sometimes difficult to actually click on the correct one. I'm also surprised that as an Island resident there are no concessions for older people, or when events such as TT and Grand Prix are on. However pleased with the price I've paid for my future trips to Liverpool

Simple and easy to book, took less than 5 minutes

Straightforward process to explore options and book ferry. Website is clear and easy to navigate for the booking process.
Only negative - after booking could not find mechanism on website to amend car registration error.

Very easy booking process using the website

The only issue I had with booking was booking a vehicle, the drop down menu was a little obscure on the page. Otherwise the process was easy and payment went through smoothly.

Easy straightforward booking,the Manannan fast craft was clean and comfortable,the staff were helpful,snack prices in the shop felt excessive

I found it quite easy to book, However i diddnt find it as easy to book a cabin altho it described the cabins . I would like to see pics of the cabin i chose, to make sure it was the exact one i want.

Easy to navigate the site, very good information

Boat is attractive but not designed for overnight travel unless you are willing or able to pay for a cabin or a premium lounge. Not everyone is. The only cabin available for a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation was £265.

Obtuse and difficult website, too much information required and not enough volunteered. Nearly gave up booking because it gave the impression that the only sailing to IOM was in the middle of the night. I ended up having to input all the data 4 times and it took me around an hour. Awful.

Very good website providing alternative sailings.
