Misleading . Took annual European cover and asked does this include cruise cover, told yes just give details when you have them. Asked is there extra cost to add and told no. Cruise booked few days later and called to add. Extra premium over £500. Will not be using this company in the future.

Was very easy and they were efficient so feel I was getting the right cover . It’s nerve racking taking insurance for holiday as you hope you have told them everything. I have as I went through it lots of times to be absolutely sure

Call answered quickly. Very helpful, patient and conscientious agent, checked where necessary as my health issue was complicated. Premium was higher than expected, but compared well with other companies. Feel confident I would have good support if I do need to claim. Thank you Ali.
