Dealt with no problems

Customer service is brilliant, didn’t have to wait on hold for more than 10 seconds each time I spoke to someone new. Spoke to a kind lady named Danielle, she handled my situation brilliantly and made me feel better about paying off some debt I accumulated.

Felt a bit nervous about what I was doing cause I’ve never been in this situation before but she made the whole process feel quick and easy. Real difference in experience compared to other companies.

I would rate none if I could. This is my second issue with them and it seems as appalling as my first.

First time, 2 year ago I was behind with 2 months and I have tried to make an arrangement with them which I did. However I was never told that while the arrangement were in place regardless if I PAY and I was paying well over my monthly direct debit they will report me as missed payment at experian. Surprise surprise when I applied for a work loan and been told that I am rejected due to Starline missed payments of 5 months. I have tried to debate it for months and they have done NOTHING. They basically returned to say that because the amount owing them was more than 1 month payment, that is the reason why they reported to Experian as MISSED PAYMENTS FOR 5 MONTHS. RIDICULOUS and APALLING. Never heard such thing up until this company.

Second issue this year : once again I remain behind with 1 month and a half. I am trying to set an arrangement with them telling them that I will pay them in 2 months. Half next month and half the following month, then I am being told they need to do an assessment and I have to connect all my banks to the link they send me. Ok done. Then she turns around as says that due to the fact that I have outstanding unsecured debts, she will not arrange a payment with me. I have told her that the debts are my business and I am dealing with them, not they. And that I want to pay my outstanding with them. She completely refused to make an arrangement, even though THEY REGISTERED ME WITH A DEFAULT for a month and a half and they also charged me more for my direct debit too was meant to be £287 and they took of me £320 last month. Absolutely ridiculous. Awful company to deal with. DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH THEM. I wish I didn't. Cannot wait to repay them and never have to deal with them again.

Brilliant service, great communication and super fast approval. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team made the entire process smooth, transparent and stress free. Every step was clearly explained and I felt the communication was excellent, and I felt genuinely supported throughout.
