Mike was superb. 100% Satisfied. After my own fault finding on Hitachi Starter Motor confirmed unit needed overhaul I found JASM Ltd. Unit repaired and returned in 7 days.

The Starter Motor was sent and returned via Hermes.

I will use Mike again should I have a problem again.

Had excellent service from here. I have a very unusual alternator and they tried really hard to find a replacement, including sending photos of possible alternators. Sadly when the alternator arrived it was not correct as their supplier had made an error. They very efficiently organised collection of this alternator and rapidly gave a full refund.

I needed a new starter motor for my forklift. The model numbers were badly worn, but with help from Jack on the phone, we sorted out measurements needed to select the right part. It arrived less than 24 hours later and was a perfect fit. The price was reasonable. I call that unbeatable service!

Only 2 days delivery to Norway even I ordered wrong the first time and they had to change the order to the right one.

One telephone call about the model alternator i needed and there we go!

Would recommend this company especially as I had the nightmare of a previous supplier which tried to tell me it was my van that was wrong not their starters (yes 2 faulty ones).... needless to say I wish I found this company first!

Wow,realised the Alternator on my MX-5 wasnt doing the bus. using my multimeter. Found these via e-bay at a very reasonable price,and ordered at about 3pm,they promised delivery next day,yeah I thought,and then later that afternoon comes a text from Interlink Express saying they will deliver next day,Yeah,I thought,wake up next morning to a text from In.Express,saying Janusz will deliver between 10/11am,Yeah I thought,then the door bell rings at 5 to 10,and its Janusz with my alternator,car back on road less then 24 hours after initial phone call,how good is that,both these companies deserve the highest praise for outstanding service

The replacement alternator I ordered online for my BMW arrived on my doorstep here in regional Australia in exactly 3 business days as promised. To put that into perspective, my local BMW dealer quoted a minimum 2 week wait and possible 6-8 week turnaround time from Germany for the same part. What's more, The Startermotor & Alternator Company Ltd were over A$600 cheaper (even after shipping)! I will definitely be shopping with them again. Thanks guys!

First used this company 2 years ago when my alternator went on my beloved Volvo V40. Did all ordering on-line and item was delivered within 24 hours. Had to use again yesterday due to RAC fitting some rubbish cheap alternator 19k miles ago to my recently brought Volvo S40. This time was a little confused as the S40 takes either 120 or 150 alternator so had to ring for advice. Could not fault the helpfulness and service from all involved. Alternator arrived again within 24 hours. Great service great price can not fault. Keep up the good work.

I phoned all my local part companies to find a starter motor for my Seat Leon FR and all were more expensive than here + they had a surcharge of between £20 & £60 to pay, that would be refunded when you took in your faulty starter. Meaning 2 trips to the part store.
Being a DIY motorist, when the item arrived and had 10 teeth when my original had 11, I was a little concerned so contacted the Starter motor co by phone and was told the parts differed depending on the manufacturer but were interchangeable. So feeling confident I fitted the part, which worked a treat. My car was better than ever and back on the road within 24 hours of ordering the part. How's that for fantastic service! They even send a text giving a delivery time slot of 1 hour, which was accurate.
I will be recommending the company to anyone that will listen.

Oooops, alternator found to be at fault. How much is that going to cost me? Search internet and find 'The Startermotor & Alternator Company Ltd', reasonable price and next day delivery :) Ordered and true to their word it arrives next day fitted within an hour and away we go.
