It's awesome that I could get a birth…
It's awesome that I could get a birth certificate within several minutes. Well, it's not like about 2 minutes, but for me 20 minutes is nothing knowing that I could get such a crucial document.
I inserted my hometown, all the information about who I am and so on, then they provided me with what I requested.
The website looks a bit outdated and sometimes lags but this didn't spoil my impression about them.
In my opinion, the quality of service here is quite high, you can fastly get what you want.

Not a genuine service
This is a third party (an advertising agency??) posing as a German registry office. They claim to pass on requests to the local registry office (for a fee) but in my case, after checking with the actual registry office, it turns out my request (for a certificate) was never received. I tried contacting the seller multiple times, but received zero response. It appears highly likely that this is a scam. Don't use these guys - save your money and contact the registry office directly!

35 Years and FINALLY!
Your help was more than I can express in words. I am over the moon and back here! What I received from you helped me with family research on my great grandmothers family that I have been searching for now for over 35 years! With your help, I finally was able to move beyond the road block and several unknowns now that I have these records. They allowed me to confirm many questions and also since then I have been able to build off of this information now that we have exact and proper information. Turns out, there was plenty of information on the Kisker side of the family that was already available on places like Ancestry.com and Family Search web sites but not connected to my family just yet because we were missing the one important link from my great grandmother and back to actually get there. We now have that and I am truly happy for your help and also for the one family connection in Germany who suggested I visit your site because she had a good feeling that you may be able to help. She was right!
I just sent for 4 more that would be a couple siblings of my great grandmother that we would like confirmation on. I am excited to see the results.
