Contradictory information and lost shipment
A single mail, without any reminder, drowned among the daily commercial add mail, that announced that the package had arrived.
When going to pick it up they said that it had not arrived yet. About less than 30 min later, after having left the pick up place, a new mail arrived that it had arrived 5 days ago. Simultaneously the UPS information was that it had been returned yesterday.
This type of contradictory information has been typical.
Terrible system or unusual systemic failure but absolutely bad for costumers with a lost shipment.

Great return policy
Great customer service as regards returns. Very generous return policy and quick to reply. We got the refund almost directly and they also took the climate in consideration. Highly recommend anyone hesitating to dare to order.

Spreadshirt = great print in fab clothes,
I ordered 1 cotton hat ( ecological cotton)
1 T-shirt with print, also made of ecological cotton and two pillowcases , with zebra print on ( I suffer from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Zebra is out animal).
The parcel came fast , and I was met with much respect from Spreadshirt . The parcel was demolished in transit- the freight over from Germany by UPS. Spreadshirt refunded med the cost for the shipping and said sorry, that’s great Customer support :)
