Good support response. Print was a bit wrong.

Nice T-shirt, good quality and high res image. Speedy delivery to my house which was great. My son was overjoyed with his new novelty Tee.

Red tshirt fades after 1 wash (model "Creator"). Also slim fit; should've been stated in description. Guess you get what you pay for?

Got "help" from Teamshirts to place the patter/name on our t-shirts. It ended up on the belly, not on the chest. Looks ridicoulus. Also delivery one week later than communicated.

I ordered one t-shirt with a design on the front and the sleeves. The Quality of the print could not be any worse. The material used is poor, print is not clear and blurry and the print is already falling off

Delivery was fast but I had to pay almost 300 DKK for the delivery to be sure it will be here on time. This Tshirt was supposed to be a gift for a good colleague who left the company and was for the purpose of keeping good memories. It’s such a pity that the quality was so bad. I was genuinely feeling ashamed of giving this gift to my colleague as I had collected the money from the entire team to purchase a gift. I would never ever place any orders on this website. Absolutely terrible work.

We ordered 125 t-shirts in the beginning of May with express delivery, one day after the delivery date we contacted customer service, who told us they didn't have the t-shirts deliverable. I don't know when they would have planned to tell us.

Then, we had discussions about different solutions etc, but we kept our order and the t-shirt was told to be back in stock in August. We called back later to confirm. Then customer service told us the order was cancelled because it took too long and they're not able to have an order in the system for longer than 30 days. Also great information to have as a customer. We cancelled, no sorry, THEY cancelled the order.

I have now been in contact with their customer service to have the invoice cancelled, but apparently they can keep those in their system forever. Wish me luck!

Great service. Tshirts looked great and delivered extremely quickly. Great company.

Quality of brand on shirt is not good, colors are not sharp. I got an email regarding sending back the product which is good, they compensate for that. Anyhow it was a test product.

Once jr arrived it was perfect. And the texture of the T shirt really soft.

I ordered two shirts and only got 1. They responded quickly and very professionally and removed the cost for the second shirt even though they are still sending it.

I don't mind mistakes when the customer service is this good!

Quick, effective and service minded.

Very fast dispatch and delivery.
However UPS is the only delivery company to use. I selected home delivery, UPS did not even attempt to deliver - and I had stayed home to cater for this - and sent the package to a pickup location 3.6KM away!
Honestly it'd be better to offer any other option for delivery, postnord, instabox etc.

I hope the design stays on the fabric long term. ☺️

Everything went well, the t-shirt turned out as I wanted.
(The L size is maybe a little bigger than an average L man, an S would have been enough, but these numbers always differ everywhere.)
