Items not received. No response from customer services
Spent €100 on 3 t-shirts that never arrived!!.Were due by 19th December at the latest.
Like all the other recent reviewers, I got a bog standard response telling me to request a replacement or refund. I responded to this email 4 times and nothing!
Please don't give me the standard garbage response to the review that you've given all the recent customers in the same boat!! Just deal with your customers properly.
What a bad company!!
Unfortunately these were Christmas presents so that's dissapointing.
This is the 2nd time I ordered something from Spreadshirt and didn't get it. I will NOT be back.

I did not receive my order and despite 3 emails to try and follow up, my queries were not answered. Dealing with Judy the AI customer service is very poor. No tracking is available on small orders.

Crap customer service & delivery
Ordered item on the 6th of December. Was told it would deliver between the 12th and 14th, then was changed to the 16-18th. It’s the 22nd and still no sign. No tracking updates, no emails explaining the delay. Contacted customer service twice and they sent the same AI generated email that ask you to confirm address and whether I’d like a new item shipped or a refund. I’ve replied to it twice and got nothing back . Ordered nearly 3 weeks before Christmas and now won’t have the item as a present. What a joke

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Placed an order for two tee shirts on Wednesday night and paid for express shipping for estimated delivery date 20.12.2025 to 22.12.2025. Then received an email the following morning advising that the items I ordered are no longer available and could they help me select suitable alternatives?! I have requested same and enquired about alternative colours but the only responses I am now getting from this company are automated advising that they are "currently experiencing a high number of contacts". AVOID this company at all costs as they seem like a very amateur operation!

Poor quality print
The tshirt itself is good quality but the print is not. It had jagged lines and some fold damage. I dont think the print part will wash well.
It is for my son's birthday so I only technically need one wear out of it but considering the price we are very disappointed in the poor quality

My partner was delighted with how it turned out (gift) and that we got it in time for his first outpatient, post-hip replacement checkup, with his surgeon. Print came out really well, t-shirt quality decent as well.

Avoid this awful company

Ordered a bucket hat with hubby’s logo
mostly red in colour-
Looked great on their site when ordering…
Nice size on the hat
Twice the arrival date was changed and still it
didn’t arrive on time…
and when it did… the logo was minuscule
about an inch high x 1.5 inches long maybe
and it was a pinky/orange not the bright red
logo I sent them ….
Also the tiny logo was not centred- it was more to
the left-

Sham Company
Ordered a water bottle as a present. The design was a Leeds United logo on one side and the persons name on the other.
Apart from not being able to get an accurate delivery date on the item. They gave a delivery date, then pushed it out twice, before delivering before those
dates.
But my main complaint, the logo was on
the bottle, but not the personalised
name. This was a basic mistake that
should not have happened. I complained, but the silence that I have received is deafening. No effort to resolve my issue.
They did offer a credit note against future purchase. But no effort to resolve their error. Plus, why would I ever buy from them again.
I will not be purchasing from them again, and would advise others the same.

Still no sign of my product
Placed an order on the 9th of May. Delivery was due between 14th-20th. No sign of my parcel and customer service replies are more confusing than anything. They then told me it has been posted so there is no tracking and now they are ignoring me!
*Update* emails replied to after I notified them of bad review and this was during the week. Have just received confirmation my order will be remade OVER THE COMING DAYS. No urgency whatsoever.
