Quality of t shirt and print was great but sizing was way out i asked for x large it came as x large but was really medium at best pity obviously i cant wear it allso i was worried it was a scam because i didnt receive any notification that they got my order but my money was taken out but it arrived thank God just simple things like an email yo say they received order and it will be delivered in so many days and allso the size s are small do if you want xlarge order xxlarge

I recently ordered a custom shirt and cap from Spreadshirt Ireland, and I was genuinely impressed with both the product quality and the customer service.
The shirt arrived with a print quality that exceeded my expectations. The material felt premium, the colors were vibrant, and the design came out exactly as I envisioned. It's clear that they take pride in producing high-quality custom apparel.
After receiving my order, I realized that because of Ireland's colder weather, I would get more use out of a hoodie than a shirt. I also discovered that the cap I ordered was a snapback, while I had originally wanted a baseball-style hat. I contacted their customer support to see if an exchange would be possible.
What happened next completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they incredibly understanding and helpful, but they also told me not to return the original shirt and cap. Instead, they sent me a custom hoodie and cap featuring my own design. That level of customer care is rare these days and truly demonstrates how much they value their customers.

The quality was not as expected

The printing quality wasn't as I expected but still the shirt quality is excellent, its 100% Coton.
I was expecting a better printing quality for €35.
I didn't find the Brown colour I was looking for, so I took the black colour

An unmitigated disaster. The level of incompetence with this company is staggering. First they sent me the item without the print on the back. What's the point? They then said they would send a replacement in time for Christmas. Failed at that too. Didn't even inform me it wouldn't arrive in time. Overpriced and dreadful service

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase was supposedly to be a hoodie for my husband extremely important bike that he had to sell when I became pregnant and on the photo printer on the hoodie you cannot see the bike atal

Spent €100 on 3 t-shirts that never arrived!!.Were due by 19th December at the latest.
Like all the other recent reviewers, I got a bog standard response telling me to request a replacement or refund. I responded to this email 4 times and nothing!
Please don't give me the standard garbage response to the review that you've given all the recent customers in the same boat!! Just deal with your customers properly.
What a bad company!!
Unfortunately these were Christmas presents so that's dissapointing.
This is the 2nd time I ordered something from Spreadshirt and didn't get it. I will NOT be back.

I did not receive my order and despite 3 emails to try and follow up, my queries were not answered. Dealing with Judy the AI customer service is very poor. No tracking is available on small orders.

Ordered item on the 6th of December. Was told it would deliver between the 12th and 14th, then was changed to the 16-18th. It’s the 22nd and still no sign. No tracking updates, no emails explaining the delay. Contacted customer service twice and they sent the same AI generated email that ask you to confirm address and whether I’d like a new item shipped or a refund. I’ve replied to it twice and got nothing back . Ordered nearly 3 weeks before Christmas and now won’t have the item as a present. What a joke

Placed an order for two tee shirts on Wednesday night and paid for express shipping for estimated delivery date 20.12.2025 to 22.12.2025. Then received an email the following morning advising that the items I ordered are no longer available and could they help me select suitable alternatives?! I have requested same and enquired about alternative colours but the only responses I am now getting from this company are automated advising that they are "currently experiencing a high number of contacts". AVOID this company at all costs as they seem like a very amateur operation!

Amazing quality from the hoodies I ordered arrived on time no delays

The tshirt itself is good quality but the print is not. It had jagged lines and some fold damage. I dont think the print part will wash well.

It is for my son's birthday so I only technically need one wear out of it but considering the price we are very disappointed in the poor quality
