Worst platform for music distribution too. You can setup the dates you wish for release, but Spotify will still release them when they deem possible. I've had a handful of songs not release at the specified time and all I was told was "We haven't received the metadata." all the while every other streaming platform had it up. Hmmm. Spotify is a scam.

In a world where every app is adding AI, in many places it did not belong. Spotify still somehow manages to f up AI in a place where it would really be useful. The DJ is so glitchy - idk what LLM they use behind the scenes but it better be very cheap for how bad it is. Really sad because this is an area where they could really differentiate the product. But I see no reason why I would not switch the an Apple bundle that has music included or YouTube premium at the moment. Both of those offer more. Unless the AI becomes cutting edge soon I’d rather bundle.

If you want to listen to music for more than an hour you have to pay 12.99 and for whatever reason the free trials never work ! Spotify shouldn't make it a privilege to skip songs or pick your own music .

Great music platform, i don’t like how I have to pay to not get ads every 2 songs

Absolute GARBAGE. I keep on trying to listen to “Rewind, Replay” and all it’s showing me is MEXICAN SONGS. For example bad bunny. (Bad bunny is peak but still.) and it made me so mad to the point where I cried. (I know I’m pathetic) and the ads are 30 seconds long and they are also uneccacary and it is unfair since only the people who don’t have premium get the ads. And the way I can’t turn shuffle off because we are using it “for free” is also unfair. I DEMAND an answer.

We are using Spotify for years. But the problem is they are same songs under different names. For example in Bollywood music there are so many songs in different singers and music director's names, radio and albums. But when we play the songs mostly they're same songs but put in different orders. Only one or two songs will be different. Spotify put same songs in different categories. We don't know Premium subscription listeners has any difference.
And also for free listeners after every 2 songs there will be 3-4 advertisements.

They drag the payment when ever they want and not on specific days like between the 25th -30th. My account when in the minus at the bank because of this. Watch out!

I can't pay my bill. For some reason, Spotify doesn't want my money. The website is useless; the app is counterintuitive and clunky. The internet keeps giving me options that don't exist. I'm about to switch to another music platform. I suspect that those few five-star reviews were written by people who have been paid.

never subscribe to this company. if anything happens to your email or account for whatever reason you will never get any money back I cancelled my subscription 3 different occasions over 6-7 years ago and still started to be randomly charged full premium 5 years later from an inactive and deleted email. ( they could provide no details on activity on the account and refused to believe I was the owner despite supplying the bank details)

completely corrupt company just use youtube for your music never touch spotify.

Scam charging me 2 payments in a month and saying its what i owe even though I came off a free trial do not use

I have used spotify forever. Love the suggested songs and being able to john friends jams however the app would be much better it i could repeat a previous queued song. Grrrr

Og Spotify was way better than now, too many ads and they are so cringe too.
Sure u have lots of artist and want to make profit , but not giving what ur audience what they want and ignoring what they hate would surely someday collapse this company, hope it will😁
