I had an issue with my order due to a problem with Royal Mail, and I was understandably disappointed as I'd been so excited to receive my new trainers. I contacted SportsShoes.com, and the customer service I received was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
A special thank you to Beth O'Brien, who was so kind, understanding, and efficient throughout the whole process. She kept me updated, quickly opened a claim, and arranged for a replacement to be sent by next-day delivery. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one.
I'm so happy the issue has now been resolved, and while I hope Royal Mail are able to resolve whatever went wrong on their end, SportsShoes.com couldn't have handled the situation any better.
Thank you again, Beth, for your outstanding customer service. It's rare to receive such friendly, professional, and genuinely caring support, and it really made a difference. I'll definitely be shopping with SportsShoes.com again!

Problem with online purchase…
I had an issue with my online account and I was incredibly frustrated. I requested help
On the online chat and received an almost immediate response. The agents name was shabanna, she knew what my query was and proceeded to explain what ai needed to do. When still had difficulty and I asked her to directly find me links she did and I was able to access the shoes I wanted. I lost connection with her, so I used the chat facility again and spoke to Christopher D. I explained what had happened he apologised for getting disconnected and I asked him to pass a message to his colleague for helping me. She was patient, polite and resolved my issue. Great customer care!
