Avoid!
Avoid!! Bought a pair of shoes and one of them was noticeably tighter & painful on my foot. Refund was rejected despite minimal wear, terrible customer service and was left to feel guilty. The box itself when delivered was badly crushed & torn. Paid a premium price for premium shoes but my experience was anything but. Will not be returning as a customer.

Excellent trainers. Superfast delivery, even though I opted for standard delivery.
The trainers are great, and a brilliant price in the sale. They are extremely comfortable with cushioning around the ankle and a knitted-type edge for a perfect fit. The soles have loads of cushioning.

Sports shoes app was easy to use and got the product sent out promptly. But where they lost a star was that they use Evri, ordered Monday and with 48hr deliver they still haven’t arrived Thursday evening.

I bought 2 x Adidas Adizero Evo sl for races and Saucony Endorphin Pro for longer training runs.
My first delivery failed to arrive when left to Evri delivery = poor. But Sportshoes were superb, recognising that it had 'disappeared in transit' and immediately resent a duplicate order which did arrive.

I ordered a size 9 in a Ron Hill…
I ordered a size 9 in a Ron Hill recovery shoe and a Size 9 / EU 41 was sent. I have been assured this is correct re manufacturing sizing but the 2 sizes are completely different so cannot represent one shoe size. They do not fit. Wasn't prepared to waste any more of my time in a battle in relation to returns cost.
