Footballs boots arrived and have clearly been worn as grass stains all over the bottom of the boots. No customer
Service number to call and even have to pay £5 to send worn boots back. Unbelievable that children’s football boots can be sent out in this condition.

Poor custumer service

The shoes arrived very quickly, but unfortunately, the quality is so poor that I believe they may be fake Ultraboost 20s. I have used this brand and model before, and they have always been very comfortable. However, this pair is extremely hard and uncomfortable to wear, causing constant pain in my feet.

I strongly recommend staying away from these Ultraboost 20s.

Parcel was said to be delivered on the 8th of august, now is the 27th. Was needed for a birthday present and cant get in contact with anyone from sports direct or evri to help me locate it or deal with a refund/ replacement. Sent an email through the website and all that i have received in return is an automated confirmation that theyve got my complaint/ case, very dissapointed and will be having to go through the bank to get my money back.

After employing Evri to not deliver my original parcel, they redeemed themselves with prompt replies to emails and sent out a replacement order very quickly, which this time was actually delivered to the correct address and on time. So 4 out of 5 stars

It’s very easy to order on line from sports direct a good selection of item to choose from would recommend to friends. Was kept in touch from start to finish on how my order was doing and when it would be dispatched and when it was going to be delivered.

the item never arrived (august 10) and no one bothers to reply to my inquiry to its whereabouts. pathetic behaviour by your company and the delivery company.

Trainers say go up if half a size. Did what was advertised but came up huge. No mention that there is absolutely no way of returning without paying £4.99. They will not even allow a refund to a local store. Will not use these again now.

Everi said they was going to deliver today 26.8.26 in-between 1pm & 2pm there was myself and 2 other people in the house with dogs there was no knock at the door and not a message saying they couldnt deliver today no one was in but looks like they didnt take no effect to deliver to my house

Late delivery paid for next day delivery leaving this review 3 days after ordering which was a normal working Monday and as of yet no parcel delivered paid extra for nothing delivery times been updated by driver twice and still hasn't turned up he either needs to find another job or has the same size feet as I ordered

I don't like that you have to pay the same delivery charge for home, collection point or in store! The product has arrived and the product size 3-4 is smaller than the 2-3 I already have and I can't return it to store. There are 4 different numbers in the sticky back 'receipt' in he package - no idea which is order number

Paid for next day after last experience wasn’t the best and guess what still not arrived delivery 11/12 am now 18/30 still no messages to arrival time!!!!

So order some trainers for pe for my daughter and to let me order and them to send me and email saying out of stock but still took money so had to order some others to pay for again. Delivery charge at £4.99, to then have the trainers delivered and they are too small for daughter no issue but to return I have to pay again £4.99. disgusting. No wonder the trainers are slightly cheaper they get it from postage and returns.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered over 1 week ago, and paid £4.99 for the worst delivery company ever, Evri, and it’s still not arrived. No option for a different delivery company, unless you pay £12 for next day… and it’s also £4.99 for store delivery. Disgraceful. And they also have the cheek to ask for a review before the package has even arrived.

Poor delivery service they delivered to the wrong address again
