Thrilled with every aspect of my experience with this company and their products! I needed something to help keep my toddler granddaughter warmer when swimming and the products offered from Splash About were fantastic! When I needed to change one of my purchased items to a different style (bc of a sensory issue) the subsequent transactions went well. I simply followed the online return directions carefully and with help from their amazing customer service, everything went wonderfully. Ordered my new granddaughter a swimsuit and toys, unfortunately Evri did not deliver so contacted Sarah and she resent my order via Royal Mail, she also checked to make sure I had received it. Fabulous service and fantastic products.

Great customer service, placed a few orders recently and quick delivery. Lovely to receive free gift, a bath toy and when requested a certain colour because we had already received a previous one they went above and beyond. Would buy again for next swim suit and nappy as baby is rapidly growing 🤣

I ordered my Teenage son some Swim pants as he is disabled. Unfortunately at the point of ordering I had not noticed that the size had toggled back to small and we needed extra large I was completing this order in between Christmas and New Year as he needed them for the new term. I managed to get some help through the website chat facility. The most amazing and fantastically helpful young lady immediately rectified the situation and made sure that the correct size was dispatched to us. I was so very grateful as I understood they were on a skeleton staff because it was during the holiday period but she understood my issue straight away and sorted it out. Fantastic customer service product has arrived exactly as we required and of a very high-quality, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.Kris Gunputh
