Exceptional customer service
The sunglasses I ordered were out of stock, so they went above and beyond to find a compromise rather than just giving me a refund and moving on with their lives. Made sure I loved everything about my new sunglasses before I pulled the trigger. 10/10 will be buying from spex4less again.

I have used Spex4less several times previously always for reglazing. The time taken to complete is longer than a high street opticians but the wait is worth it. Pricing is competitive and generally cheaper than high street. Only had one issue so far and it was resolved quickly. I can recommend Spex4less.

i have had at least 6 pairs of glasses…
i have had at least 6 pairs of glasses reglazed by Spx4less and they have all been outstanding in both price and service - the last reglaze i had done had a minor problem with the prescription, however customer services answered the phone immediately and were extremely helpful and sympathetic and they sorted my issue efficiently and speedily - their quality control is second to none and I'm now delighted with my latest pair of reglazed spectacles - l will carry on using Spex4less as my primary reglaze specialist with out a doubt.

Absolutely delighted with the service…
Absolutely delighted with the service from Spex4Less! I was in the market for some prescription sunglasses and they had exactly what I was looking for at very competitive prices. Prescription sunglasses are obviously a fairly expensive investment so I wanted to get it right. There were a few queries I had and a change in the lense order and Emily, Sophie and Alex were all very quick to respond and keep me informed of the changes etc.
After receiving my glasses I’m very happy with my purchase! The lenses are great quality and a really nice tint and the prescription seems perfect. Overall a great experience dealing with Spex4Less and I won’t hesitate to shop with them in the future.

Excellent quality and customer service
They stopped my order before dispatch due to a minor quality-control issue, which they promptly informed me about and resolved by making a new pair of glasses. I’m really pleased they didn’t simply send them out and hope I wouldn’t notice.
This understandably delayed the order slightly, but now I’ve received them, I’m very happy with the result. Excellent customer service and attention to quality. I’ll definitely use them again.

I was very nervous to order prescription Cari focal sunglasses. Especially as they were so much cheaper than my optician. Web site was easy to use & when I missed sending a measurement the email was very helpful explaining how to do it.

Excellent service and workmanship
The Spex4Less ordering process is excellent and unambiguous. I phoned with a question after placing my order. The call was answered quickly and the query was resolved immediately. Although my frames took a little longer to arrive than envisaged - they needed to be ordered from Italy - they arrived well packaged.
