Great customer service: needed replacement glasses fast. I ordered yhem on the Friday and had them by Tuesday afternoon. The glasses themselves were excellent. I will definitely get glasses here again but next time I'll spend more ti e looking for frames I'll order photochromic etc.

I've used Specs4less several times over the years, always prompt delivery and easy to use website.
I have tried other suppliers, one took ages to arrive. The other seemed not to have any way of applying my prescription so I gave up and went back to Specs4less.

I had an eye test last Thursday…
I had an eye test last Thursday 03/09/26, I bought a pair of glasses from the well known high street retailer they still haven't arrived 1 week later. That evening I ordered a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses from spex4less and they arrived on 08/09/26 at a fantastic price. The whole experience has been fantastic I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Glasses are perfect and at a fraction of the cost I paid to the high street retailer.

So far my experience with this company…
So far my experience with this company has been brilliant. Everyone I speak to is polite, helpful and knowledgeable and you can actually get through to a human being very quickly which in these days of automated systems is a god send. I am still working through which glasses to keep and also need to change the lenses but they have been very accommodating and would definitely recommend them. The Tom Ford glasses are way more affordable from this shop.

Not very happy.
I have used Spex4less for a few years and never had a problem until this order. They asked me to be honest, so here goes: Firstly, my order (one new expensive frame and one reglaze) took too many weeks to get right. The lenses on both frames were fitted badly, and my vision through one lens was badly distorted. The sunglasses I ordered were not tinted correctly. When I complained, I was basically told that their quality control never gets things wrong. I insisted and finally sent my glasses (both pairs) back. They then admitted I was right and said they would replace all the lenses. But this all took far too long. I have Asperger's and need dark glasses to function. I also had to pay another £50 to get the lenses I wanted. They seem okay now, but I am still at the testing stage. I was kept fairly well informed but offered no incentive to return.
